I hate that I have to do this I usually don't, but I will say to anyone to stay away from the store avoid this store with all cost I came in today ready to purchase a new phone ready for my lady who is a nurse so she's super busy so I tried to help her out with her phone today. The instant I walked in the vibe was horrible. I sat down. I gave the lady my information, and instantly she started going through my information, asking me questions To see if the account actually belongs to me, even though I had a government ID. afterwards going through annoying questioning and a interrogation we got to the pricing of the phone and then that's when she started to give off her marks as if I couldn't afford the phone she will say things like "you know you have to pay off your balance first I told her I know that and I'm prepared for that and then she said are you sure you have enough". So then I let her know that I have enough obviously annoyed and then I gave her my card to pay off my phone, now it was my girlfriend's card so she said that I won't be able to use it if she's not present, I said that's totally fine. and started to ask more questions about the process because I'm not employee, and I don't know the customer got very aggressive and started to yell at me which made me feel very stupid. I get it I don't know all of the policies but that doesn't mean I should screamed at." I found the remarks extremely unprofessional and unnecessary. I have been a AT&T customer for over 6+ years and I have never felt so embarrassed and so targeted. AT&T, please do better with your hiring process. This is how you lose business from loyal customers.

I book an appointment just in case it's crowded. I used to go at Powell location but since it closed, has to be here. and the staff who has helped me at Powell location name 'Steven' (change and work at 425 Market location) is always helpful, friendly and acknowledge with everything I need! Thank you so muchhhh

Just want to commend the excellent service I received on Tuesday, 10/3/23 from AT&T employee Steven Louie at the 425 Market St. store. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, courteous and professional in helping me. AT&T is fortunate to have him as a representative of the corporation. He deserves to be recognized for outstanding customer service.

The experience was bad. The staff helped me filled my birthday wrong so I spend more than an hour in the store just to set up an account. I was later told by another AT&T store staff that I could get student discount and an internet discount for my apartment but I wasn't told at the store. I wasn't told anything at the store!

If you need help or have a problem with you wireless number, you better call the customer service rather than going see the staff at this store. The staff here are not very helpful, not even try to listen or solve your problem. They just keep pushing you to call the customer service. They are rude and aren’t welcoming.

I transferred my phone number from another carrier and on the next day you canceled my services and i lost my phone number because you didn't find credit history attached to my Social Security number. My Social Security number new because I just moved to United States. And hence I don't have any credit history, so I don't know what to say. Probably I have to talk with a layer because you took my phone number and cancelled it.

I needed help with getting service on my new phone, while visiting on a work trip. Luckily, someone who worked here name Tom was able to get me all set up with no issue, service was great! Definitely made my work trip easier.
