Staff is helpful, but typically there’s a wait because only one rep on site at a time.
AT&T can’t gracefully handle an eSIM transfer if you get your iPhone repaired, they have to use your state ID verification as a second factor since your 2FA line will be out of action :)

Staff friendly but manager won't hire enough people to keep the store open during lunch hrs which change daily and is not posted. Drove to store multiple times only to find out they locked up the store even though hrs show it is supposed to be open

This store has a lot of opportunities, they never open on time and are in an area with expensive parking meters, they are unapologetic when they have customers waiting outside the store and not accommodating at all, and they also are poorly trained and have provided in correct account information multiple times.

yesterday was a fantastic experience because when I walked in, there was no line and I did not have to wait as I normally do most times I visit AT&T. Typically there's a large line which is one of the reasons that delayed my returning of my previously owned phone. I was very disappointed to learn yesterday that AT&T would not honor the turn in rate that was discussed when I purchased my new phone.

My phone is broken and went to the Union Street Corporate location in Cow Hollow today at 11:11am, the store was dark and closed…even though the operating hours are listed 10a-7p today. Such an inconvenience and I couldn’t even look up another location bc my phone is inoperable. Being an AT&T (Cingular Wireless) customer for over 20 years I expect better customer service, especially in an emergency where I need my phone for work etc. I’d give this experience ZERO stars if I could.

58 minute wait after the start of my appointment
And because of a system glitch your team could not add my new line to an existing family plan.
And because of an unknown (to your team) business policy I cannot transfer my new service to the existing family plan for 60 days
3 issues, not really the teams fault, but more created by AT&Ts systems and policies.
How can you help me now?

Everyone here was so nice and knowledgeable (especially Laylee!). Everything was taken care of and they made sure I was getting the best deals and experience. Couldn't have asked for a better or smoother time.

I came in here 30 min before closing to get a QR code to scan to get an e sim as my phone wasn't reading my SIM. I came in and the associate was helping another couple. I was ignored when I walked in. The associate looked at me and looked down hoping that I would walk out because she prob didn't want to have to stay past closing. I asked for the QR code for the e sim and of course she tried transferring from another device which I already told her didn't work. She then got me a new SIM card after shaming me for using an old one. She told me e sim won't work well in my phone and I'd have to get a new phone. (Of course they say that) It worked fine for 10 min but after I got home it started not reading my sim again. I finally got the e sim to work with no help of any att associate. I ordered a new phone thinking it was my only option but now the e sim works perfectly fine on my phone :/ I wasted money due to the wrong information the associate at this store gave me. Thanks guys. ): also there was another employee there the entire time, he was in the back on his 10 but why would you send an employee on their 10 when you're helping somebody and the store closes in 30 min? That makes zero sense. When you're helping another customer and somebody walks in you always say "I'll be right with you, thanks for coming in" not ignore me completely hoping my phone problems would go away. You work in a store that provides an essential service. We need our phones. It's best to be as helpful and friendly as possible as not to upset people who have been att customers for the last 30 years.

Hello!
I came here on Sunday during working hours. There was only one rep and 6 people in a line. One was sitting with young lady and talking to her for an hour. Then finally another one came, but she was moving slowly , making me feel like I’m disturbing her in her home on her day off. Then another one appeared, by that time three people in a line just left, because no one was paying attention to them. Poor service

We have been waiting for about 40 minutes just to get a new number and the gentleman working does not know who he is messaging on his phone, please be more attentive.

My brand new phone that was shipped to me did not work. After talking to tech support for an hour they determined that I would need to visit a store. I arrived and within 5 minutes Sung assisted me. In 15 minutes he had my phone working!
His customer service was top notch!

Amir. Was very helpful. Told me to call costumer service. And J M. Help me solve the problem. Originated in Colorado. Where they add hidden extra service with no need for it. All solved now.

Sung, Luis and the crew there really know their products. Great job, well done, thanks. I read other reviews here and found a lot of winging, crying and whining. Given the neighborhood, I'm not surprised.
