Go to another store. Sales people were not competent and 2 others were talking to each other, using curse words and bragging about calling in sick.

DO NOT go into this store. They added lines instead of just upgrading my watch/phones as well as other programs to get extra commission. I ended up having to go back 2 more times and spend an hour on the phone with customer service.

So I went into the store with a super random request. I didn’t know how to change my screen protector (kinda dumb I know). But the attendant not only did it for me but also took the time to teach me how to do it myself. It was so easy I was a little embarrassed but he never made me feel dumb for asking. He was super polite and helpful.

Worst store I've ever been in, cell phone or otherwise. If I could give zero stars I would. The reps are nice enough but clearly not trained on protocol for how to do more complicated transactions. I've burned literal hours of my life in this store for the last two days trying to get something done that multiple phone reps at ATT said could only be done in store only to have the store reps *shrug* "nothing we can do." Never setting foot in the store again and likely canceling my ATT service.
