My experiences with the service department at Audi SF have been great. The services are quick, and I’ve always worked with Chris who has been really communicative, and tries his best to take care of problems in a way that’s fair and reasonable!

I worked with Marin Maric to have my car serviced and fix my rear tail light and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He was very attentive and didn’t charge me for anything I didn’t need. Working with Marin was great and I will only be taking my car to be serviced by Audi SF in the future!

At every organization, you have to find the right people. I met two spectacular and helpful individuals at this outlet. If you need help with parts, visit or ask for Sandra Lincoln (Sandy); If you need help with service, visit or ask for Klever Jurado. They both helped me phenomenally by going out of their way in their individual capacities. My lights were out and they helped me put it on without an appointment. I am not an easy customer so I recommend these guys and I mean it when I say it.

I was there today 11:30am 12/19/23 for License plate bracket for my Audi and was given an attitude by the service person at the reception, they finished and did not install bottom 2 screws very simple service request and became an irritation. I would never get my car serviced here and am thinking twice now about getting an Audi in San Francisco. You lease a $70k car you would think service linked to it would be better!

Marcos and Darren were very helpful in serving my Audi a4. The service was a quick turnaround and everything runs great, they also helped replaced a damaged part free of charge.

It’s really nice to have a local resource that values providing high quality customer service.Today, I worked and had a very positive experience with Chris Sung.(1) I initially called to make an appointment to get my oil changed. During the call, Chris looked up my profile and noticed that I was due for my 40K appointment. He reminded me to make an appointment for that service and saved me making an extra trip.(2) When I dropped off my car, I mentioned a problem I was trying to solve regarding my mom's car lease in southern California. Not only did Chris provide needed advice, he also asked for my mom's VIN so he could help me look up the information I should have looked up!There is five star customer service, which Chris definitely provides. And then there is the kind of "above and beyond" service a person provides because he has a good heart and is a good human. That's what I experienced today.

Derren was a perfect service manager. He knew all about my car and they took care of the intermittent issue in quick time. The multi-point inspection also uncovered some other necessary maintenance that they were able to take care of while the car was in. I would not hesitate to bring my car back to Derren and the service team at Royal Audi SF.

I’m in complete disbelief. My wife had a small coolant leak and took the car into Audi. They convinced the car need $6k in repairs and pressured her to agree to the repair. After I had a follow up discussion, they insisted there were a number of issues, including needing an entire radiator replacement (not to mention the obscene pricing for this to begin with).We took the car to another shop and only one hose needed to be replaced for a few hundred dollars. Everything else was in perfect working order.The Audi dealership outright lied about parts being damaged that were in perfect working condition. Chris Sung was our contact at Audi.

I'm more than happy to bring my Mazda 3 and Mazda CX 9 to here. The advisors Bryan Robertson makes it quick and easy. Love receiving videos from techs that worked on the cars. One thing I do wish they bought back is the coupon for the services provided. Will keep coming here to take care of the current and future Mazda vehicles.

As usual, my visit to the service department was quick and professional. Marin is easy to work with and helpful in answering all my questions during my visit and taking good care of my car. The video of and clear explanations of the service performed is a welcomed addition.

Recent appointment for scheduled maintenance was smooth, and advisor Marin was helpful and made the process easy and convenient. He also helped me with an issue that came up a couple weeks afterward, when I needed to get new license plate mounting screws.Service: Oil change

Unfortunately I don't recommend this place. I got recall letter from Mazda. So I made an appointment and brought my car here. I left it and came back in 3 hours to get to know the status of working. They said it's almost done. I waited for 20 minutes at the place. After that one of them came to me and told they had ordered a wrong parts and they couldn't make it today. It means they didn't even touch my car until I came back. The appointment is not for customers, just for them to predict how busy they are on the day. If you have some options to chose car repair shops, I recommend you skip this shop.

Had my Audi serviced- received a video stating that all fluids were topped off and my oil was changed etc etc. Imagine my surprise when I drove my car for the first time and find no washer fluid. In fact when I checked the wiper fluid reservoir it was dusty from how untouched it was. I decided to check the dip stick as well to ensure they did the oil change- only to find no oil in the car. So it seems my car sat in their parking lot for a full day and nothing was done to it. This is concerning for a few reasons 1- I paid for a service that clearly wasn't done 2- the lack of oil is absolutely dangerous.When I brought this to the attention of the staff there was no follow up at all.This is aside from the fact that they constantly advertise loaners and Uber reimbursements in their emails but every time I bring one of my cars in there are no loaners available (they have a fleet of 10) and they reimburse $20 ONCE rather than at minimum your Uber home and back. When I drove a Toyota they covered both Ubers. Not only disingenuous to offer services they don't provide but not reflective of the Audi brand experience one would expect.
