My friend got his registration sticker stolen by these people and pretty sure they are putting in on some cars illegally or something. He went to talk to the owner and like his comments says on my friend’s post. He did not help all he did was deny allegations without hearing him out. His own employee called my friend apologizing after he got caught because he is an Ex Con, and still the owner denies that he works there after his own employee confirmed it. That’s clearly not a professional business owner straight disappointment.

Shady Business. I never shopped here but I work across the street and parked my vehicle next to their business because it was street parking. Coming out of work I noticed my registration sticker on my vehicle was completely cut off and license plate damaged. I reviewed camera footage from my job that faces the company and my vehicle where it was parked and it shows clearly someone that works at the dealership gets behind my car to steal my sticker and walks back into the business. I confronted them and they just shrugged it off as nothing. You tell me if you think these are decent business practices. Would you buy a vehicle for you and your family from a shady establishment like this? I surely would not!

Amazing experience. Car shopping looked like grocery shopping. Saw the car online on Saturday booked an appointment for Monday morning . And I was driving another car on Monday afternoon. The customer service is amazing as well. I was dealing with Mark from customer care and he has been a delight to work with it. Totally loved the end to end experience. Good Job Team Excelsior..

I dont recommend this place they take advantage of people that dont know about cars and say the car is good, i bought a acura integra ls 2001 on January 12 and the car broke down September 14. After only month and half i started having car issues, one of the people that work there tried making any excuse to not have to fix the car properly i had taken the car to a mechanic for a scanner check and had 4-5 codes, i took it back to the dealer and showed them what was going on and they used their own scanner and shut off the check engine light, i tried explaining that the car has more issues, but yet they tried using any excuse to not have to deal with the problem
