This particular store offers mostly woman clothing, but I did manage to find a set of trousers in the men’s department.

Pros: Employees provided good customer service.
Cons: If there is a specific item you want, call ahead! this is more of a showroom than a store very few options. I just wanted basic black pants for an interview, (BR used to be reliable for basic office wear) this store only had one option for black office pants. I would hate for someone to drive or take BART over to the store for nothing, so i'll repeat call ahead.

I would give ZERO stars if I could.!! I ordered an XS coat from this store (online) as they didn’t have my size at the store. The sales representative assured me that if I ordered XS, it would fit me. This particular design of the coat is so so huge and gigantic, doesn't fit me, and it looks like the coat is wearing me :-(( I have never worn it, and it is still fresh and new. I wanted to return it, but Banana Republic has a 30-day return policy, which I just missed. I noticed they are still selling the same coat at the store and won't accept the return! They should give it more than 30 days to return. I can not shop with confidence at Banana Republic! I don't know what to do with this coat that is too big for me!! I wanted to have a store credit so I can purchase something else but they would not do that either!! Shame on Banana Republic for poor customer service!

Very snooty vibes here .... very nice remodel, but that's about it//they to remodel their employees//not sure where these people came from, but SF is a very diverse city and they must not have gotten the memo//

Horrible place to go shopping bad customer service they don’t allow you to use the restroom at all always looking at you in a rude manner. I do not recommend coming here and to top it off with the cherry on top the clothes are super expensive!

A store with a nice atmosphere in front of the Bay Bridge. The store has a small selection of items, but has a nice atmosphere.

******** utilizes the post office for deliveries. However, the post office can make it more difficult for customers to receive their orders. The post office can not deliver your order, reschedule and not deliver it again, and all ******** will do is cancel your order. ******** is not dependable to use around the holidays. What makes it worse is that every employee you communicate with makes it very clear that they DO NOT CARE. You are one of many, and not a valued customer.

The staffs don't know how to apply discounts so I bought same clothes with discount price at the other store again.
And today I visited there after checking it was open on the Google map but it wasn't because of the filming. Please update open hours so that do not waste customer's time.
Anyway, I am a huge fan of BR. Only this store is needed to be organized well.

Delivery is unreliable. Have made numerous orders each time hoping for a better outcome. Sometimes you get the package sometimes you dont . The order gets returned due to damage others times very delayed shipment. Not sure why banana republic Athleta and Gap continue to use this carrier. I am sure I am not the only person with this complaint I have advised the company but they still continue to use this carrier.

First this review has nothing to do with their product. I love their upgrades/ new designs.That being said; I was just in the store on Folsom street today 6/8 with two of my work colleagues. Noted this is not my first time in this particular store. I called yesterday 6/7 and had a couple items held for me by Andrew (under Angie) who was very helpful.When we walked in the boutique; we asked for Andrew and noticed another Gentleman (I am really trying not to be rude here) wearing a cream two pieces suit. Thought he was Andrew; and he said no.My pieces were brought to me; I proceeded to try them on. Came out with the first piece to the large mirror in their foyer and also to get my colleagues’ feedback. One of my colleague came closer and the other stood behind us. The one with me and I started discussing the dress I had on. My second colleague who stood behind us as noticed the gentleman wearing the cream two pieces suit glaring at us to the point that she had to ask him if there was a problem. Noticed they were other clients in the foyer.Whoever you are; first you are very lucky I was not the one who caught your glaire; second we are in 2023 BE BETTER; third I left the store with all four pieces I tried on; fourth i really great with faces and will tell you exactly how I feel when/if I see you next.Be blessed.
