Love using bandago for our large trips with lots of kids definitely worth it deposit is only $100 up to 15 people vehicle always clean inspected and works great. Never had any major issues. Can get insurance through them. I usally vacuum just because I am woth alot of kids before I return and fill up gas so i don't have any extra fees. Great company love the service and if drop off late the have drop box for keys. Text or call when dropping off. We'll definitely recommend and use again.

Very convenient and got exactly what we wanted! We rented a 15-seater sprinter. It was in great condition. The rental, pickup, and drop off were all extremely easy. I thought the price for our one-day rental was extremely reasonable. Will use Bandago again!

Professional and courteous team, and a great van. Picked up in LA, dropped in SF, the van worked great, and when I forgot the stroller in the back they brought it to our hotel. Would definitely use them again for a large group trip up or down the coast.

I'm only giving this place two stars because the van got us to where we had to go!!! I contacted the company because I rented a van w a gaming system to take on a drive to Monterey for my daughter's 16th birthday. Unfortunately, only the charge port at the foot of the driver seat worked. The game controllers weren't working so the kids just had to use their phones, and we had to take turns charging them because the charge ports were busted. The Bluetooth wouldn't connect so we had to listen to whatever station was in range of where we were driving at the time. The dash was taped down w silver masking tape and to boot; I could have paid more than $100 less for a plain van! Customer service was supposed to contact my husband back because it was his credit card that was used, and two months later, we are still waiting. I was very disappointed in the customer service of the company after such a disappointing experience. They hastily replied after I left a voicemail but then there was a halt and no communication since! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

The whole process is too good to be true. Booked online - quick pick up with laid back adam who gives you a quick tour of the vehicle. You sign the forms and then the van is yours. Van is really spacious - took my family and extended family on a nice trip- had lots of room. Dropped off the van with Lucky who was super chill and informative. Highly recommend. We had the ford transit but i wish i splurged and got the sprinter - those look awesome

We are not quite sure how this place has such high ratings. If there is an option to give no stars, that's what we would choose. It's quite deceiving! The Yelp rating and reviews is why we felt safe to use this company. We rented a 15 passenger Chevy Express and the one that they were trying to give to use appeared to have been side swiped on both sides and had over 110,000 miles on it. Be careful renting from this place as you don't know what you will get.

Only have incredibly positive things to say about this business and the staff. Particularly Dan and Adam. We rented a Mercedes Deluxe Sprinter for a couple of days for my son's birthday and everything went exactly according to plan and every detail was handled professionally and personably. Vehicle was clean and full of gas and Dan took extra time to triple check that it was clean and disinfected prior to turning it over to us. Adam check this back in when we return the vehicle and he was incredibly gracious and made the process very simple and efficient. With a smile nonetheless! Exceptional service. In a nutshell, everything is exactly as it seems and you can trust this organization how did the people that run it. We will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to everyone.
