Agree wholeheartedly about this branch. Whoever was sitting at the front was unfriendly and told me he couldn't help me when I explained that I wanted to change the names in my bank account. Without skipping a beat, I explained I had all the legal documents ready to do so, and he acted as if he doubted me. It was rude and ignorant, and possibly a racist thing.Be careful of this branch.

This bank is not open. I pre-ordered foreign currency and when I went to pick up my "completed and ready for pick up" order the bank was closed the day I was leaving for my trip. Worst Bank of America experience. 22 years of banking loyalty gets you nowhere. Go to a different bank.

The staff at this branch were very friendly. The front desk Gentleman, Melody, Carlen and Wei were all very pleasant and helpful. While processing my account, an issue occurred and there was a glitch. All four staff helped in trying to figure out what was wrong and after some time, they resolved the issue. I don't give reviews, but they needed to be commended for their professionalism and great service today.

I'm so glad they are open on Saturdays when many banks aren't. I needed to take care of our bank accounts and was fortunate to work with a manager named Wei. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process. They have a lot of protocols and I know another less knowledgeable employee would have made the process longer. During these times, it's not easy being an essential worker. Thank you to Wei and his team!

I'm a 17 year combat Veteran of the United States Army. I got out on a medical discharge I have a job where I got injured at now had surgery and go to work conditioning so I can go back to work: I take Lyft or Uber the the therapy, Lyft charged me twice Troyes dealing with them through the app due to no number this put my account low so I wouldn't be able to get a Lyft or Uber home needless to say I have my service dog with me. I called Bank of America after 3 hours of trying to get ahold of Lyft, I spoke with on representative said he couldn't do anything and sent me to the fraud department I was told the lady that my service dog and I were stranded over an hour away from home and it's cold and raining out, the lady proceeded to give me the run around. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she asked me for my number knowing that If she got off the phone that I wouldn't get a supervisors call till the morning or at least for 24 hours. I held for the supervisor who was very rude and ignorant his name was Mark, I explained the situation to him and he said there was nothing he could do, I also explained to him that I don't have any of my meds. Marc basically said it's not his problem, so I replied him and said I hope is warm and sleeps well knowing that this is not my fault, Marc replied it's not his problem that a Vet and his service dog are out on the streets with no meds and in the rain all night and will sleep well,be warm and have no regrets. I would pick another bank and remind every teller that it was wrong how they treated a 17 year combat vet.You

I brought in crumbled 3 one-hundred dollar bills to exchange for newer ones only to be told that they are perfectly fine and they are all the same. After I waited about 15 mins while 2 clerks were helping just 2 customers in front of me. Very slow and extremely unprofessional. Just so you guys know, in some countries they don't exchange dollars for the same rate if they are slightly crumbled or written on. There is a reason customer asks you to do something, so if you don't know, just don't say anything better. Will go to my home Chase bank, way better service

I rarely give negative reviews because I don't want to complain and sound critical, but I decided to do so here because it is unacceptable. I had such a frustrating experience that I hope others won't need to feel the same frustration if they can improve training on how to handle helping customers close loved one's bank account without a will through my review. I came here to close my loved ones bank account. They printed out a form for me to fill out but it says it needs a notary. The representative never mentioned that there is a notary at this exact branch! After I filled it out, I had no idea there is a free notary here so I paid for an outside notary for $30. I mailed it into the special address listed on the form, but it came back with a letter saying the notary is wrong. I have no idea why the USPS $30 notary would be wrong. I called the number and rep told me there is notary at that branch! Why didn't the first rep I encountered at this branch tell me this so I won't have to go through all this trouble when I'm already grieving?! I went back to this branch and when I asked for notary specifically this time, then they were able to schedule an appointment but it was a month later. I came for the notary appt and the person was late 15 minutes! Wow, this is really unacceptable customer service to be this late with an appointment. I'm working from home so can't take a long break. However, the notary is competent and knew where we need to fill out the form and where she needs to stamp. This whole process took 5 months because of the incompetent rep. Shouldn't they have training for this kind of stuff especially since a lot of people passed away from Covid even though my loved one didn't pass away from Covid? I really hope they can make this process a lot less trouble and compassionate in the future.
