Elizabeth helped me a lot to understand how to use my digital wallet and to be able to use the digital card at the ATM. I am grateful to her because I am one of the people who still finds it difficult to use technology but I am extremely grateful for her patience and kindness.

This place is horrible. There was no front desk, and I waited nearly an hour for a clerk to come to me. I was shocked by their efficiency, I would have been told where and how long to wait in other BofA, and here I was given no instructions at all. I was even more annoyed that their card reader was broken and they couldn't give me the Cashier's Check. I've wasted a precious hour here doing nothing. I went to another bank where I did everything in just 5 minutes. I'm never coming here again.

Worst customer service imaginable (yes, even worse than Comcast--who is getting better). If you overpay them it will take two weeks to get your money back. Each telephone call is a minimum of 10 minutes because they keep transferring you to the "right department" and they constantly repeat themselves--"May I have your account number please?" And, "this call is being recorded for training purposes." They are like mind-numb robots that can answer any questions by themselves. Stick with smaller regional or local banks that value your business.

No teller for today. Bank of America should just shut this location down since it’s a waste of time for its customers. This is the third time I’ve come to this location for business purposes of getting change. Each time they’ve failed to even provide the basics of a bank. Providing change.Don’t even bother, if you’re not opening an account or asking for a loan, this branch is useless.At this point why should I continue banking with BofA? It seems after a decade they’ve only declined in services.

When you see this door, you need to understand that nothing good will be behind this door. I was trying to order a reference letter, but the manager said we're not doing this call to customer service. But the thing is, I did it before at the other branches. Then, I decided to withdraw the money. During transactions, the guy administrator decided to ask the cashier about something, and she started yelling on him in front of everyone... just because he asked her to help him with some customer's question... such a poor customer service, and you were not even busy. There are no lines.

This branch is NOT WHEELCHAIR accessible. I use a power wheelchair and expected to use the door not accessible. They told me, they will help but how they will help to open the door when they all inside and never looking at the door. BAD SERVICES, they need be sued.I don't have twitter account, you should go to your branch and FIX THIS NOW!
