My account was hacked into just recently and they do not credit you the money that was stolen the same day! I reported the fraud a hour after I found out my account was stolen from! First fraud didn’t answer the phone ,then when I went to the bank I spent a day there and fraud connected us to another number which we didn’t get a answer from,so I had to go back the next day ! Finally everything was taken care of and I was told they don’t refund the money back because they had to investigate first and told me to check 11 days later! But they do not refund the money when you report the fraud the same day! The sad thing is they have the name of the person who stole my money!

Ms. Minoo Shaghafi is the best, always provides the highest professional level of services and always 100% helpful. Since 445 Powell St. branch was closed we faced with a lot of troubles and non professional attitude in other BoFA locations.

Terrible customer service. The lady who helped me today was extremely rude and condescending. Lots of eye rolling and heavy breathing maybe your in the wrong line of business lady.. Do you your job save the attitude They also charge up to 8$ to casu a check with them with ID and credit card wtf..

Long lines for something that should've been super fast. I just wanted quarters...but the employee took 10 minutes to get my $20 worth. I had to show proof that my Merrill Lynch bank card is part of BofA (which it is) and then take $20 out of the ATM. Therefore I had to get out of line to do that, even though I already had $20 in my wallet. Absolutely ridiculous. The lady was rude and condescending towards me. I wouldn't come here if I didn't need quarters!!

I have been holding on to this business card for years and had intended to write the manager of Minoo Shaghafi to tell about the fantastic service I received from her during my visit to San Francisco. I had misplaced my bankcard and could not get cash...she patiently and politely helped me with a smile and sincere customer service. Next time I am in San Francisco I will stop by to thank her again. (my daughter and son in law lives there)

My account was frozen without any prior notice and for a completely nonsense reason. I found out about it only because all my bills bounced back unexpectedly with late fees. The customer service was rude and ignorant.

Bank of America has HORRIBLE customer service, and it's EVERYONE in the company (managers and all)!!! This bank ONLY wants your money, and doesn't care about anything else. I've called the back at least 50 times for the same issue, because they REFUSED to resolve it!! If you don't want to be ripped off, go to another bank.

Maybe there is something I don't understand about this branch, but how is it a big bank like BofA branch, located in the busiest part of SF (Union Square) always understaffed? It's always 45min to get anything done. What's going on? Wells Fargo literally down the street is fully staffed, always ready to take on a long line...
