Just left the branch on Mission and 23rd, and I was skipped over in the line twice by this teller Lulu Correa. She decided to call up two different spanish speaking people behind me in line before I had to go up to her and ask her what’s going on why are you skipping over me? She said no I wasn’t. I said you just helped two people behind me! She said I tried to call you up but you weren’t paying attention. That is a straight lie because I was watching her intently as she was working waiting for my turn! She just skipped over me it seems like because I am light skinned and don’t speak Spanish. She’s racist. Get better tellers! Who want to help everyone

I am a small business owner and been banking with BofA since 2016 and I can tell you during my darkest hours the covid shelter in place code which lasted 1.5 years; BofA came through for me on so many levels!!! BofA went above & beyond to make sure I received PPP1 & PPP2 - Even afterwards when I was picked to be audited by SBA for both my PPP's BofA had my back stood beside me every step of the way like family to pass both of my audit! After covid I terminated my personal banking with Citi Bank and carried all my personal funds to Merrill and again BofA & Merrill is having my back during the worst inflation in history of this nation - I am currently earning 4.76% at BofA Merrill + BofA increased my business credit limit + BofA taking my FICO score to a new high 30 points away being 850.... Look, I understand its frustrating having to wait in a long ass line - BUT for the QUALITY SERVICE + HELP THAT I RECEIVE + AT THE TIME WHEN ALL OF SMALL BUSINESSES ARE DOWN & UNDER + INTEREST RATE I AM EARNING DURING THE WORST INFLATION= I'm okay if I have to wait in line! Besides, the long line is a reflection of how great Bank of America really is! If you go US Bank or Wells Fargo or Chase there are rarely any long lines; why is that?? Let's keep it real it is because you probably tried them already and they don't come anywhere close to Bank of America!!! P.S. During covid shut down my tenant embezzled $30,000 out of my BofA account 1/2021 and that was high financial crime time for BofA because they were helping EDD with Pandemic Unemployment Assistance BUT ONCE AGAIN BofA after 44 days of investigation reimbursted the amount back to my account! This makes Bank of America my ride & die bank!!! I love you BofA!!! Words can not express my gratitude for all that you done for me!!!

Bad customer service first and last time I will be going there. Everything starts and ends with the manager. I try to cash a check from a Bank of America account and they still didn’t not wanted to cash it or even call the person that had wrote me me the check. I will be sending a letter to corporate office hispanic tellers I felt discriminated even worse by another Hispanic teller and manager.I have read the reviews and I really hope someone from corporate take action before they start loosing clients because of this kind of people actions.

Worst bank ever. After 30 mins waiting for parking I wasn’t even assisted when I finally got inside. The most helpful person was the security officer other than that the service here is terrible!

Came in early on Saturday morning, 1/14/23 at 9am after waiting in line for 20+ minutes to open only for the BofA employee tell me & all the other people standing in line with me that they have no tellers/associates working today. Why would you even bother to open? This is the WORST branch in the city. Every time I go, there is NEVER staff, only empty teller spaces. They should close this place down & build housing in it place. What a waste of time this place is. It's worth ZERO stars! Find another branch or just find another bank altogether.

Can you give zero stars? 1 always understaffed, 2 many greeters are rude, 3 if you have anything complex or out of the ordinary then you are out of luck? If you can choose another bank then do so.

Did a walk in appointment for an urgent issue I needed to get resolved, and despite being crowded, only had to wait about 15 minutes until I was seen by Alex.Let me just say that I had the most amazing customer service experience from Alex; he went above and beyond to resolve the issue that I had in a prompt and professional manner. I honestly did not expect to receive such superb customer service, so just wanted to express my heartfelt thanks again to Alex!

I would give this bank -5 stars. walked in to the branch with my mom because she forgot her atm pin. She is approached by an asian man that was in a cubicle and asked what she was there for and she explained. 30 min later the so called receptionist walks up to us and says that they are only seeing customers with appointments. Thanks for not trying to help a 75yr old woman. well they like to take our money every month but when you need them they cannot help you. I guess i am taking my money out of this bank and moving elsewhere.

always a long line with one or two tellers only. you would think they would have more specially on the weekends... prepare to wait 30 minutes plus usually when the line is out the door

I just went to this branch and Lulu was one of the Taylor's treating one of a disabled guy really bad and didn't even call the manager for some help she just told him that she couldn't grab the wallet because the cameras were recording but she should at least call the manager and then it was my turn and when it's just a normal cashing my check she wouldn't do it she was very rude
