10/30/23, 12:45pm, I was depositing money in front of this bank counter. I inserted my bank card and put the money on the counter. The female clerk working at the counter grabbed the money, looked at it, and said, "You only deposit a few hundred dollars." I said, "Yes, that's all." Then, she put the money in front of me and said, "Just wait, I'll go to the toilet first." She left me standing there alone at a loss... I stood there like a fool in the empty hall... Later, I pulled out my bank card and left there, feeling very sad until today...

Warning- if you are BIPOC or do not look like the employees of this branch, you will not be treated the same as other customers. Long story short, the "manager" on Dec 16th, 2022, implemented false banking regulations barring my partner access to legal tender that listed him as the payee. When asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager. When asked for a business card, she said she had none.To add salt to injury, I was actually the buyer of the cashier's check. Therefore, my time was wasted as well since the funds were deposited back into my account which was not the original purpose.I know this ad hoc behavior of the branch manager is not reflective of BOA as a whole, but it is not excusable and should not be tolerated by the company nor stakeholders.

Two weeks already, no teller to handle transaction, most ridiculous location, forever understaffed and slow as snail service!! Business merchant around CT needs to deposit cash, it is not we are not able to use on line service!!! Cash requires tellers!

Horrible and rude customer service. The teller had no interest in helping me with anything and was more concerned with whatever she was reading below even though my concern was that my account was compromised. I asked to order a new card and hold my account because it may have been compromised and the only thing she said was "WHY?" And then told me "go on the app". I decided to not give her any attitude and instead just said thank you before leaving and she never even looked up yet alone acknowledge me at all. This is not my first bad experience with BOA tellers for no reason... are they just miserable or something? New bank coming soon.

I had never experienced such discrimination ( I’m not Chinese descendant) I was first in line to sit with an executive and the manager blatantly allowed Chinese ladies to cut in my line. When I complained, they implied to leave if I didn’t like it.

This ATM is constantly not working. Why? I know I'm not the only one complaining here. I therefore have to go inside to withdraw cash (and I always regret it). Slow service and they always make it seem like it's a major hassle and inconvenience for them. I'm sorry that you have to do your job.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experience from this BofA Teller and I have been a long time customer of BofA. When I am in that part of town, I normally uses ATM, but needed some special handling that day. So I stood in line for a long time before reaching a teller, but ended up with this type of experience. I explain to my teller that my withdraw was for Christmas gifts and if she would please give me the best in 20's that she has since she doesn't have new bills. She didn't even tried to look to see if she had any and told me right away that is the best she has and counted out the money I needed in 20's by machine. I didn't complaint, so when I received the bills she handed me, I went ahead and started to verify the number of bills at the window in case of discrepancies. Looks like the branch was remodeled and the way they had the teller windows set up I had to use the counter below to verified the bills received and when I looked up, my teller were no where in sight. The teller didn't excuse herself nor asked if there were anything else she can help me with. I was so surprise that a teller would abandon her customer during a cash transaction without making sure it is correct and finalize it. I was not given an opportunity to request anything else and was not about to get back into that long line.
