Called this office to ask a question about opening an account. Waited on hold for 20 minutes and no one picked up the phone.go to the financial center, and were told that no one could help us because "there is no banker here, and the won't be until this branch closes in February".Get home to realize that I could do everything online. Don't know why you couldn't tell me that in person, or walk me through it at the financial center. When I complained that BoA is closing the branches which are close and convenient to me, they stated that the location 20 blocks away is "just down the road", which I can not walk to from my house and has no parking. It is also located at one of the busiest and most dangerous intersections in town.

STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY-- choose any bank but BE VERY WARY OF THIS BRANCH. For many years i banked at this Branch -- and i was injured by a drunk driver and had a physically crippling stroke and i could not walk or talk -- after i was in the rehab hospital and walking and talking i went to this branch and they refused to open my checking account and insisted that i pay $100 cash to re open my old account. They kept my $100 and did not re open my account-- Anyway Stay Away From the Bank of America Inner Sunset/Irving branch.

Shady practices at this branch. Watch out for the bankers/relationship bankers. Management should really do something about this.

The employees here show preferential treatment, just saying! Why tough? Isn't it a universal law of etiquette to assist the next person in line? I've had to pipe more than a few times. Why? Also, no one ever taught the employees how to Multi Task. Hello! The "officers" you have to deal with do not have full command of the English language! Therefore, you have to keep reiterating why you're there. Why? They look at you with a confused expression. It's irritating.

I can't believe some of the nonsense posted by others; I've been coming here on & off since 2011 and it was the absolute best BofA branch on the west side of S.F. or D.C. then and still is today! (worst then & now is Stonestown) You feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door & the staff goes out of their way to accommodate you. Not surprisingly, it's a popular place but they're very organized & efficient, even with COVID restrictions. Ying & Kevin are my favorite people but everyone at this branch deserves 5 stars!
