Any Bank of America you go to has the worst service ever!! Whatever location you go to the tellers are slow and seem to not care about their customers. If I could give them a minus star, I would. They have no consideration, compassion, or regard for how their slowness affects others. Don't go during a lunch break because you will not have time to eat.

I came to this bank of America at 9 am on January 23, 2023. The service quality here is too poor. I came to this bank to do business just after the door opened at 9 o'clock. When I arrived, there were no customers in the lobby, and the reception staff I was asked to sit on the sofa in the lobby and wait. No one came to receive me for half an hour. After about 40 minutes, someone came to ask me. I was still asked to wait, but there were no guests this morning, so I was still asked to wait. Almost an hour, no one received, I had no choice but to go to the second Bank of America,

Long lines and long wait time. The employees look burnt out. I've had multiple issues with Bank of America and they are never resolved. I finally closed all my Bank of America accounts and switched over to Chase bank. Best decision ever. Chase has excellent customer service with convenient opening hours ! I do not recommend Bank of America whether the branch location or on the phone. Both are incredibility frustrating to interact with.

I can't give them half a star and honestly I wouldn't give them that. I have been in line for more than 20 minutes and the line hasn't budged. There are 2 people helping one customer and only one other teller. The line now has 4 more people behind me. I have never liked BofA and much less this one. The other branches around here don't rate any higher than 3 stars. What a shame. TriCounties is my favorite. Quiet friendly no hassles and they always know who you are as soon as you walk in. The least you could get is a greeting here. They better not give me no BS when I get to the window.

3 stars is for the big a** parking lot. But I hate the exit of the parking lot. It's so narrow and getting out into traffic is a pain. Had to do a deposit, ATM line was longer than teller line. And some guy was going around asking what we're doing. Asking if we can fill out our own deposit or withdrawal. Like wtf is the teller for ...? He had told me- you will have to do it yourself soon.Like .. no I'm not. You didn't tell the other older Mexican guy that. You didn't tell that elderly black grandma that. Lies. Just damn lies to get us to do their damn job.

Long wait time in the line bring something to entertain yourself while you wait. also their always telling me to open another account but truthfully their really isn't a point or their benefits like seriously there saving and cd interest rates are are soo low there's no point in having them.

Very bad service we were sitting for an hour and there were 3 people who left us for the same reason that they had been waiting for a long time also they were only choosing those who had an appointment if they did not want to attend they would have told us that we had to make an appointment no having us sit for an hour there very bad customer service they asked us if we had an appointment after 1 hour sitting and we said no that then they ignored us and I continue with those who had an appointment I do not recommend this place.

Sabrina was very accommodating and helpful even if we didn’t have an appointment. ?? BA is lucky to have her as an employee.
