I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service from the banker Athena Yuki. She provides me with outstanding assistance in opening my account and purchasing a CD. She took the time to understand my financial goals and recommended suitable options. The entire process was efficient, and I appreciate the high level of customer service. Also, she’s a trilingual speaker, my mom understood everything with her detailed and patience explanation. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received today.

Wish i could leave a zero star !! I went to use the atm and the people inside put it out of order with my card inside the machine. When i asked about getting my card back, they told me my card is not in machine.. im on camera putting card into machine.!! They also called the police on me like i was doing something wrong by asking for my card . I now have to wait 7 to 10 business days for a replacement card!! The police seen i wasnt an issue and told me to have a good day. Shame on them people for lying to me and keeping my card.. all i was trying to do was get my kid diaper money and now i have no card and had to deal with police.

Came two days In a row and haven’t been able to cash my check because they take forever to attend someone and there’s always more than 1 person waiting in the lobby to be helped, worst Bank of America I been to. They need more workers or better workers cause it ain’t it!

I tried to cash a $5000 check. The teller said they were small center I had to call in first to get $5000. I told him to deposit the check to my account then withdrew $5000 from my BOA accounting. They had to have security code and IDs to get $5000.

The lines are always very long, and the other staff doesn't care, or try to help. Took me 45 minutes to cash a check! Worst brance ever!

Horrible customer service especially at stonestown. I was asking to report my card lost and those useless lazy staff would not help. Made me sit wait for a banker who was so lazy said i had to call customer service. At wells fargo they would call for you. Bank of america has gone down the toilet. Needless to say after 8 years. I am closing my account. These useless lazy bank employees cannot even do that correctly i have to call back in 24 hours. Becareful trusting this inefficient dysfunctional bank. I dont like wells fargo either but i feel as a bank its more competent to handle some of my finances

I went to the Stonestown branch to get quarters and the woman teller said rudely I could only get $20 and she aggressively grab the money and threw the coins on the counter. I was in shocked cause I never expected someone treating a customer in such a rude way. I understand if they have their policies but what I don't understand is why they have this rude woman dealing with the public if she doesn't have people's manners. I hope she's removed and put behind a desk very far from people. She's an embarrassment to the institution.

The usual BofA I visit, since it's right next door to my work. I usually go here to withdraw or deposit and feel the line is sometimes insanely long with one teller working. The one teller usually working is Rose, who is very nice and tries to help customers as fast as possible. I think she's the only one that deserves 5 stars at this branch to be honest. There are usually a number of relationship managers sitting in their offices doing nothing while the queue is getting longer. They only seem to care about the numbers for this branch. If you have an issue with your account, such as banking fees that are not supposed to waived. This is not the branch to go. The relationship managers will instead push hard to sell you to open another account or credit card. In the end, if you don't move forward with their sale, they will simply ignore your issue and tell you to call customer service to resolve. Avoid at all costs if you are looking to make changes or updates your account. This branch specifically also sends surveys on a monthly basis, which I do give feedback, but have yet seen changes implemented.
