This bank sucks, it's difficult to get any straight answers from them. Which makes it impossible to trust them. I've decided enough with BMO, I'm moving my accounts.

Extremely long wait times to reach a support rep. On several occasions, the issue (incorrect billing) was not resolved, but the support staff simply lied to get me off the phone.It usually takes 3-4 calls to resolve an issue. Arguably, Bank of the West provides the worst customer support of any bank I have ever dealt with.

They didn't tell me that when I applied for and got a secured loan by a CD that after you pay off the loan you have to wait 3 to 5 days for the funds to be released. (I gave them cash too, to pay off the loan). I talked to everyone I could, and they just gave me the runaround.
