I purchased something that was sent to me damaged and I tried to return it. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in terms of making a return. I still haven't gotten a return label or credit--I can't even reach anyone who can handle my return.

Great products but service does not match. Staff do not seem to know the products well. Will go elsewhere to get questions answered and suggestions for a product. Bought a lot here in the past, but the new salespersons are not as knowledgeable.

Lots of anti-homeless signs in the windows. This is despite the fact that the business is basically in a warehouse with no foot traffic. And I’m pretty sure they don’t own the public space… It’s not cool to prioritize keeping people away from their warehouse vs. other people having a place to sleep.
