About Bay Area Parrot Rescue
Bay Area Parrot Rescue is a small, dedicated sanctuary specializing in the rehoming of parrots. The staff is highly professional and caring, demonstrating remarkable responsiveness and sensitivity in their approach to every single bird. The rescue sanctuary is impeccably clean, and every bird is kept clean, well cared for, and socialized out of cage daily. Miguel is compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and truly passionate about what he does. He gives relevant advice, follows up with medical care, and keeps people posted on each bird’s progress and health as he works to socialize them and find them forever homes. He is thoughtful about placement and makes sure the new home will be a lasting and happy match. He is incredibly responsive to questions and supportive throughout, and he stays in touch even after adoption is final. He sends photos and videos of the birds out of their cage, on the tree stand, the coffee table, and even perched on his shoulder, looking comfortable, relaxed, and happy. People feel a deep sense of peace and satisfaction knowing they found such a wonderful facility and such remarkable people who genuinely adore birds, treating them with the utmost tenderness, heart, and soul. The love and passion for birds is incredible, and it really shows. This is a fantastic place to go if you are thinking about a feathered friend in your life.
