The BEST customer service!! Kevin went out of his way to help us as we were coming through the city on our travels. I really needed to freeze some items so that they didn’t spoil.*dry ice freezes things solid. Think: ice cream, frozen pizza, meat, etc.

Called Ben's Dry Ice to ask about getting some dry ice for my 8th grade science class and later that day they dropped off a cooler full of dry ice, for no charge! Thank you so much! I've never done an online review before but I felt compelled to do so because I was delightfully surprised by the generosity. Thank you again!
