Is New Year's Eve and my friends and I are very sober, that's not a bad thing but that wasn't exactly the plan. My friends are perfectly fine drinking tequila but tequila reminds me of college and I don't really need that memory right now. I'm a sweet fruity girl so I was looking for some Malibu. We are going to a few stores, but somehow all of the liquor was sold out figures. I look up the closest BevMos and this is like a good 2 mi away so I speed over, I'm going to speed limit but you get what I'm trying to say. The parking lot is sort of scary at night, but there's also a lot of people in the parking lot because everyone's probably doing the same thing, getting liquor. There's a security guard right at the door, I walk in. And wow! Is this not the biggest BevMos I've ever been in! I didn't expect for one in the city to be so big. I ended up getting one bottle of Malibu and also some moonshines in little shot glasses, they were super cute. Though this BevMo was extremely busy and people were running in and out of the store like crazy. The employees were extremely kind and very nice. I was looking for the Malibu and sort of just running my eyes over them because of how many choices there were and someone was very quickly and calmly able to point it out to me. They were doing this while also preparing an online order. These people are crazy nice, y'all better not be mean to them ever!

Went to pick up an online order and it took a long time for someone to help me. In fact, I had to stick my head in their back room and ask for assistance since they were ignoring the calls from the cashier. Sketchy location.

I can't fault the attention and friendliness of the staff and their speed.

Good service. Only thing that SERIOUSLY needs improving is to NOT send the pickup notification when the order isnt ready yet. Or make refridgerated items self-serve.

While not as polished as many other bevmo stores this 1 is well stocked.

A fantastic selection to choose from. Prices are kind to most budgets and this store can easily meet all of your alcohol needs. Plus a decent sized parking lot as well as wheelchair accessible.

Came for a bottle of Chivas 18 scotch, but it’s locked in a cabinet so I understand. I asked for help, but the employee said he was too busy at the moment. So I left without it and they lost the sale How bad is it if you can’t make a sale because someone couldn’t open the cabinet!

I enjoy going here, I can geta 12pack of bottled mgd beer for 12.99, and not pay 2.25 for 1 bottle at the corner store.???????

I did a delivery order here it was Pleasant slow atmosphere, big store, I found it hard to navigate trying to find anyone who could help guide me in my need to find the order I came to pick up, it was like going into a Warehouse basically, I looked at some of their prices and compared and they are reasonable but I’ve seen cheaper example some grocery stores like Safeway compared a coupling dollars less on some items.

Love this place they have all the wines and the Belgian beer that I like and alcohol all in one place so now I have plenty to offer when I have company coming over to visit.

On June 9th at Approximately 7:30pm, myself, and my friend walked into the Bevmo on 201 Bayshore Blvd, and proceeded to walk the beer section of the store. We walked out of the store after we could not find any alcohol we wanted. As we walked out the security guard who was distracted facing the outside of the store stopped us and said that we no longer were allowed in the store. My friend opened her small bag and only her wallet was in the bag. I emptied my jacket and pants pockets and I only had a phone, wallet and earbuds. We proceeded to ask for the store manager's name, and the corporate phone number. The sales lead, Pearl she said her name was, said we get these types of thefts all the time, and the guard just wanted to prevent you from taking stuff. My friend and I asked for the name of the guard, the guard mockingly responded NO, you have a blessed day. I responded both of you will get fired for racial profiling. Pearl said you have a bag, you were stopped. My friend then said everyone here has a bag, did you stop them? Then she asked the guard, did you see me take anything? The security guard then says I was talking to my coworker I didn't see anything? My friend responds, why was I stopped? Then said I'm a manager myself, we are talking about this situation, you can't just lump all customer interactions into this situation. Pearl said while looking tired, this is above my pay grade. I'm tired I wanna go home. Brian is the store manager, he gets paid to deal with this. As a Lead, Why are getting paid at all falsely accuse of theft? Makes no sense.

I didn’t get the guys name, but slicked back hair and tattoos. He is AWESOME! We were looking for some items that were a little obscure. He was so friendly and so helpful! Thanks, Man! You rock!!!!!!
