We've been driving the extra mile to get to this pet salon. Our dog Toast will sit and hang out with the staff, she feels so comfortable!We have to bring her in more than average dogs, because she was a rescue and her nails had never been cut before (thus her nail roots were extremely long). The staff was able to flag that just by looking at her black nails. Super professional.Our other dog is petrified of any groomer we take him to, but he does the least amount of crying here.

We love BMK Pet Salon! We’ve been going for over a year and they helped get our pup groomed and beautiful for our wedding! The scheduling is great and Wren (our dog) never wants to leave when I go to pick her up! Probably because all the treats. For a doodle that needs a lot of upkeep, they’ve been so helpful. Highly recommend.

The people at BMK pet salon are very nice! We bring our dog here every month since they're walking distance and allow walk in nail clipping. They've also been very kind to chat with us about care advice for our dog.

I have to leave a positive review here because happy customers don't usually take to google to review a business lolI have taken both of my dogs here multiple times and they are treated so well & come out looking cute as ever! I highly recommend this grooming place :)

Finding a groomer in SF that checks all of our boxes was a challenge. We wanted them to be good with animals, reasonably prices, communicative, and when we booked with BMK we hit the jackpot. They took the pics we showed them and made or little Winston look so handsome! We will definitely be back:)

I have been bringing Hudson here since he was a puppy! So he's been here for about 4 haircuts so far, and will continue to come! To book an appointment, you call and usually I am able to book within a week! They are very nice and listen to how I would like him to look! The haircuts have taken about 3-4 hours just depending how busy they are! If you are thinking about coming here! I would highly recommend it!

Dropped off our two dogs here for a grooming service and we LOVED IT. 100% will be back. It was our sweet girls grooming appointment in her life and Ava took the best care of her and made her look beautiful. The staff was super friendly and our pups look fantastic and no one was scared!

Had to leave another 5 star review because they once again made my doodle look beautiful:) they are also very good about squeezing you in last minute, very accommodating and overall awesome. Couldn't recommend this place enough, I even drive about 30 minutes from my house just to go here.

They did a great job! Easy scheduling, flexible, got us in right away... friendly, clean shop. Wallace was a shaggy mess and he looks fantastic now. No sore spots, happy doggo!

Very upsetting to write this review because I rather write a positive one. We’ve brought our dog here many times before but this time they shaved off our dog without calling us first when we told them what we wanted and they said “yeah sure.” Never again :(

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We brought our dog for just a light trim in preparation for a wedding photo session. We gave all the cautions, and we even show a sample picture how we would like him to be trimmed. This place completely shaved our dog... and completely ruin his look. SO DISSAPOINTED!

Ava did an amazing job. My dog was a little tangled up but she did an amazing job without hurting her. She looks amazing !
