What an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, Nafela was fantastic getting to know my sizes and fashion choices. Came in only wanting an item or two and walked out having bought 4 pairs of pants. Such a unique offering, custom shopping with a great price tag. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Fela at Bonobos. From the moment we walked in, she was super helpful. I didn’t know my size, and she pulled different styles to find the right fit, then showed me the newest collection and checked stock for everything I asked. Excellent service!

Jeff at Bonobos was incredible! He helped us get my husband’s suits for a conference and a wedding happening in the same week. We were on a super tight timeline. Jeff made it all come together so smoothly!
He was patient, knowledgeable, and such a good problem solver. Jeff kept us on track and made sure everything was taken care of. Thanks to him, the suits arrived on time and looked great.
We’ll definitely be back for more suits! Best customer service we’ve had in a long time.

Great clothes, fit, and customer service from Moises in their SF Pac Heights branch! White-glove personalised advice and help. The clothes have great quality and fit really well, highly recommend!

Such a great store. Not only are clothes high quality but the sales associates are super helpful. Mario helped me find some great options but I had some weird banking issues while in the store yesterday. He sent the me a link with the items which was super helpful so I didn't have to find them up myself. Frustrating but I was able to complete my order. Thanks for the help Mario! Wonderful customer service.

Been here twice, working with Nafela, and she is just incredible in terms of helping me learn style - while having a great sense of humor.
Not only that, but the quality of the clothes is second to none.

Went shopping here for a cocktail wedding with little to no experience with formal clothing. Ish helped me style an outfit around a single dress shirt I brought in using pieces that were versatile enough to be worn with a t-shirt and jeans. The entire process was low pressure with no rush despite being in the store a couple hours. I'll definitely be coming back for some less formal clothing in the future.
