Book Passage is a lovely, friendly bookstore with a spectacular location right by the water, offering a beautiful view of the bay bridge and Alcatraz. It features a wonderful, eclectic selection of books, curated by people who know and love them. The staff is very kind, helpful, and super friendly. It is a great place to support local authors, indulge in reading, and find a special gift, with free gift wrapping available. The space is well-organized for author events, allowing for lovely dialogue. With a coffee shop nearby, visitors can enjoy a coffee and a pastry while reading with a view.

I went to an author event at Book Passage last week - I had never been there before. The staff were very kind and helpful and had the space well organized. It is great to experience meeting authors and having lovely dialogue!

I love this place! Beautiful books - an eclectic selection, friendly environment- and if you need a quick and special gift for someone/ here is the place. Today!
