It's the worst service and ranked the lowest compared to other prepaid phone services. It's a nightmare to deal with their customer service. On top of that, it will not let you pick your number when activating the sim. Stay away from boostmobile

I purchased the $25 unlimited plant, which included unlimited data on December 26, 2022. I did not activate the sim until January 7, 2023. I did not notice the data did not work until the next day when I went out. I contacted customer service via chat, who keep direct me to test and troubleshoot my iPhone. None of the attempts worked. Then, I requested a refund, the customer service told me to call the number to request the refund. I called the number; then, another customer service asked me to go over the test and troubleshoot again. I explained that I had gone through the troubleshooting step already. However, the cs still force me to go through that step again with the reason it is the procedure. Then, they denied issuing a refund due to the date of purchase being outside of the time range, which did not work. According to the law, Boost Mobile failed to provide unlimited data, which they market, so they must issue a refund or customers can legally sue them. After several transfer phone calls for approximately 2 hours, I finally can get my refund and they cancel the account. I had to run to T-mobile immediately. Strongly recommend avoiding the scam.

I like how this store is so clean, fresh and new. The cashier lady is very nice. The only problem about this store is that have not much phone inventory. Mainly Android Phones. I wanted to get the iPhone 8 except they didn't have it. They also said "No discount" for upgrading to the newer phones. They are so cheap. Making me pay retail price while online there is a discount.

This store is okay. It doesn't have the best service. The cashier is nice. I don't like they don't only have one model iPhone which is the 6s and don't have other model iPhones. I notice that this store is full of Andriod Phones. The weird thing is that this store has a lot of iPhone cases but only one model iPhone. According to Boost Mobile Messenger it said that should give discount depending on the model if you qualify and I ask if I can upgrade to the iPhone X and they said they don't have and and no discount. I was like what!? Upgrading and won't give a discount. Told me to pay retail price. I rather buy it from the internet. Much cheaper

(English and Spanish) Thieves. Go to WalMart or BestBuy. The location charges $24.99 for a SIM card ($5.00 at WalMart/BestBuy) and $25.00 for activation ($0 at WalMart/BestBuy). The location will try to trick you into purchasing a unneeded phone/accessories through pressure. Avoid this location, for the families sake unless you have to much money and want to donate to such bad professionals. (Inglés y espaí±ol) Ladrones. Ve a WalMart o BestBuy. Very poor service. I payed the bill but still my phone does not work. It says, "you do not have enough money in your account ". And this has happened two times . They always forget to activate it and nobody has time to go to the store again and again. Same thing happened with the Canada Plan. They forgot to activate it and there I was wandering in Toronto without any network.
