I was only passing by while walking back to the hotel and decided to stop in to inquire about grabbing an additional Breitling cleansing clothe as a present for a buddy. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any at the store. However, as a nice gesture, they provided me with a Breitling book to give to my buddy instead. Very polite and helpful staff.

I bought my Chronograph when I graduated college 30 years ago. I haven't worn it in a decade and wanted a link installed. The Breitling store in San Francisco and specifically Nako who works at the store exceeded my expectations. After a challenge with having the wrong part for 30 years, the end result shows a level of professionalism that is hard to exceed at the luxury level as the part was sourced and installed to perfection. 5 stars. Thank you Breitling SF!

Incredible location on Union Square. Signature industrial interior design for the brand. Definitely an upgrade from the Johnson and Murphy here prior.

Utterly, utterly superb service. I went to the this store with my twenty year old Navitimer to see if they could help me with an issue that had resulted from another locations/stores inferior service. This new San Francisco located boutique has truly gone above and beyond in assisting me and made me all the more likely to purchase another Breitling. Bravo!

I just went to the Breitling store in San Francisco for some service. The service was awesome, very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend the store, and for who is apassionate of watches as I am, I strongly recommend the brand.
