I would encourage brides to identify which dresses they are interested in trying on during their appointment from the website beforehand - helps with timing and gives the stylist an idea of what you’re interested in.

“I had the best experience working with Mary at Bridal Breeze! I went into the store not sure if what I was looking for even existed, and I found one that was perfect (plus several others that were also beautiful, just not exactly what I wanted). I think the store has fewer dresses that some of the other stores I went to, but they were all perfectly curated, so I was trying on one beautiful dress after another! They also post their entire inventory online, which was really useful for me beforehand, as I was trying to decide whether it was worth the drive from the south bay all the way up to the city. It definitely definitely was! They do not do alterations, but they have a few tailors who they recommend. I've heard horror stories about other shops ordering dresses multiple sizes too big so they can gouge you on alterations, so I'm happy to have avoided that conflict of interest. My dress pretty much fits, just needs some minor adjustments. Do note that the store is very small, so they can only handle one bride at a time. Definitely make an appointment before you go.”

“I was not looking forward to wedding dress shopping. I felt overwhelmed by the whole process and the amount of options that are available. I am so glad that I made an appointment at Wildbride! Their shop is so calming and beautifully decorated and the staff are awesome. I immediately felt at ease when I walked in. They ask you to go through their inventory online before your appointment and have a list of dresses that you’d like to try on. This was helpful for me as someone who was still trying to nail down what I was looking for. After they spoke with me a bit more and looked at my dress choices, it seemed like they knew what I wanted even better than I did. In the end, they pulled a dress for me that I didn’t ask to try on and was not expecting to like, but it ended up being my dress! I had heard that it’s pretty likely you’ll end up with something that you didn’t expect for yourself, and that was definitely true in my case. “I had a wonderful experience at Bella Bridesmaid. I was going to be in an upcoming wedding with only 6-8 weeks to purchase a dress. Bc of my time frame I chose from dresses that were already in house. I was still given plenty of options to choose from and found a dress that I was able to order in a different color and size, to fit the them of the wedding party. “I purchased my wedding dress from Sarah Seven in Chicago. When it came time to clean the dress, Sarah Seven recommended using Elegance Preserved. I was concerned because their operations were not local, but they made the process SO easy! Not only were they excellent at communicating and diligently tracking my wedding dress as it was shipped (even sending me tracking updates), they also were very clear in their communication of cost and services. I had a lot of dirt on the bottom of the dress and spray tan stains (especially around the armpits), and the dress came back in excellent condition. I cannot recommend Elegance Preserved enough!!”

“I recently visited Dark Garden and was really impressed with the variety of corsets and the amazing staff. The corsets and clothing are constructed with very high quality and unique fabrics. Everything in the store feels luxurious. While the corsets and clothing are pretty amazing so are all the employees including the owner. From the second you walk in you’re greeted by the friendly and warm employees. They made me feel so welcomed and comfortable (seems rare these days) and allowed me to step out of my comfort zone. Seriously, you get a nice self-esteem/confidence boost after wearing the corsets and clothing in here. You can’t help but feel beautiful after shopping at Dark Garden. I’ll definitely be returning.”

They were so kind and amazing to work with, and on my wedding day the dress fit like a glove. My sister got her Quince dress there many years ago , I hoped one day to have a daughter so I can experience planning a Quince for my own daughter ,so when my daughter was born we were so excited and laughed and said one day she will have one . Fell in love with a Carolina Herrera dress in amazing condition at an unbeatable price, and it was an almost perfect fit

“I had an incredible experience at the Bridal Galleria this past Saturday! I visited 4 bridal gown stores that weekend. The Bridal Galleria was #2. Parking was very easy. Out of all the stores, this one had the best lighting and mirror. Haily was my helper. She was very easy to connect with, understood what was important to me and my crew very quickly, and grabbed all the right dresses that were all within the right ballpark. Beyond just clipping me in, she helped me in and out of the dresses, grabbed veils, had me hold a bouquet so I could see the whole picture, and made sure I tried on the sample gown. She really went above and beyond. I almost left with the most stunning Berta gown 50% off. I also specifically requested to try the Alexandra from monique lhuillier. They didn't immediately have it so they made sure to get it for me in time for my visit. They didn't pressure me at all and let me sleep on the decision, reassuring me that I could always email them to secure the dress later. I'm so grateful for this experience and how wonderfully they treated me, my family, and my friends.”
