STAY AWAY — Bought a compact umbrella from there, used it 3 times and it broke under normal use. Tried to return it. They made me wait about 20 minutes then said I was SOL. I would highly recommend avoiding this place and any of their products!

Ridiculous policy that electronics (such as a USB cable) can't be returned with a receipt and in unopened box. I was never told this when I made the purchase and was them told I should read the fine print when I tried to return the item. Do not buy from here.

Without music life would be a mistake....NeitzscheGoing on a road trip. Tunes are a must. I am a Sony enthusiast. My old headphones busted. Time for new ones. Brookstone had what I wanted. Small selection yet recommended.

Needed chargers, they had plenty! Ken the guy working here is awesome, genuinely cares and spent time to make sure everyone had the right wattage, no devices would draw too much power, etc.

I think the salesperson acted in bad faith in my experience. I went to Brookstone to buy a charger for my MacBook Aug 18 ~8am. The salesperson there said I could try their charger to test, which they said was a Brookstore-brand USB-C charger. When I tried on their charger my laptop charged. They said no refunds at the time of purchase. The charger I bought would not charge my laptop. My assumption is they lied about the charger they let me test with.

I asked for ear buds for my ipad, told him it was very old and showed the ipad to him. He sold me what he said were the correct ones and they don’t work. They refused to take them back. $40 ear buds , total rip off!

I purchased a heated mattress pad which stopped working after 5 months. Even though Brookstone's name is on the product, Brookstone told me they would not honor the warranty, and I was told by their representative I would have to deal directly with the company that manufactured the pad. The representative also told me he had no idea who that company is...not surprising since the pad was made in China. I do not plan to purchase any Brookstone products in the future.

Took me 20 minutes to get a refund for an obviously defected pair of headphones, with excuses such as “they must be charged to 100% for both of them to work” and “we don’t do returns because of covid”. I look forward to never shopping here again thank you very much

The review is for Ken, the manager of the Brookstone at “GEN Airport Central Terminal Building” at SFOWe purchased Beats studio 3 headphones right before a flight. At purchase we were asked if we wanted a receipt even though we would not be able to return them due to “COVID”. So we said, in that case no. We went to sit down for a bite to eat opened the beats headphones and tossed the box. Only to find out ON the airplane they had no charge. When we got to our destination we charged them overnight. Still no charge. When we contacted Apple (who owns Beats) they took the serial number and immediately said your options are to send them in for repair or take them to apple. Huh?? Clearly something is up with this product so beware!Anyway, back to Ken, when we explained what happened, he tested the headphones on a charge, confirmed they don’t charge, saw our charge from brookstone on our card statement from our phone, and refunded our purchase with no hassle. We ended up buying the slightly pricier Bose from him as a result.Businesses need to take note, that is how you treat a customer. Thanks Ken keep up the good work!!
