Buffalo Exchange on Haight is a cleanest store with tidy dressing rooms lit by natural lighting, ideal for looking. The staff are friendly, welcoming and organized, handled a busy rush fast and well. Selection of clothing and shoes varies, with a wide variety of styles, funky items and unique finds at pretty good prices that are fair and competitive. While items are limited or worn to the point of being unwearable, the resale process is slowwwwww and training makes buying part even slower. The staff are trying their best, are efficient and pro about the process.
Traded items here and Taylor (F, long dark hair) was great! She was friendly, efficient and organized. The other two people working the trade counter were also friendly and fast. It was busy and they all handled the rush really well! Thanks!

This is the cleanest Buffalo Exchange I’ve been to (compared to Portland and Berkeley). Staff were friendly. Wide variety of styles. Dressing rooms were tidy and well lit with natural lighting - ideal!
