BVLGARI isn't as well known for their watches as the many other Swiss made watch brands. But that doesn't mean that their watches are not awesome. While many brands seem to stick to more traditional looks, BVLGARI is more avant-garde with them designing the Octo Finnisimo which is one of the thinnest watches in the world. Too thin for my tastes but their Octo Roma Worldtimer is a sweet spot in both design and usefulness covering 24 time zones. I was helped by a sales person named Lulu. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the watches. Great customer service. On past visits I have looked at the rings and jewelry but I'm more interested in their watches. Overall a great place to shop if you like BVLGARI products.

Both Stephanie and Ruben were extremely helpful. Stephanie was so patient, knowledgeable and hospitable during our visit. A very genuine person to be asking for advice. Appreciate the seamless transition from Stephanie to Ruben when her appt arrived. Ruben was also fantastic to work with. Will definitely be back as we had a good time there! My only regret is not taking enough pictures of what I tried on!

I came here in January inquiring about a few necklaces, Ruben appeared to be happy to assist me until after the transaction. I wanted my necklace cleaned before I left the store. Sure enough when I got home the cushion that holds the necklace in place in my jewelry box was nonexistent ? and was falling all over the place ending up tangled in the process. I immediately drove to San Jose that same day to exchange my necklace to a different one along with getting slightly better service.

Do not waste your time or money shopping here, head down to Cartier or Tiffany,or Neiman Marcus. I visit bulgari often because my private equity firm has an account here, so they often purchase gifts for the board of directors, im often picking up items or dropping off for maintenance. Most of the staff here are totally incompetent, and the manager is rude and arrogant. I get to choose an item for myself because is free paid by my venture capitalist firm. But I would not give them my hard earned dollar. Pretty obvious they only want to serve the one percent 1%. Good luck to you.

I do not even know where to begin. I own a lot of luxury brands such as Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Fendi. I wanted to explore shopping new brands for myself for as a Christmas gift for myself. I decided to go on the Bvlgari website and I saw a few items online. I went to the San Francisco store location to see the items in person. I wanted two serpent bracelets and a bag. Two of the items was out of stock but there was one bracelet that was there. The bracelet did not look like the photo online and neither was I impressed with the quality of the accessory. I still decided to proceed with the purchase in the hopes that it would grow on me. I went to Louis Vuitton and made a purchase and immediately went back to return the item. I knew went I left the store that the item did not settle with me and I knew I was not interested in the bracelet. When I went to the store to make the return the sales rep said she could only give me store credit and that all are final. The cheap looking accessory bracelet was $700 which more like a novelty than a luxury bracelet. I was persistent for a refund and she said she would get her manager. The manager returned and told me that unfortunately, there are no store refunds because people wear jewelry and return it. LV is across the street from Bulgari. There is no way I could have worn the item in my short time frame in making the purchase. I told her I just purchased the bracelet 30 minutes ago and why did the sales associate not tell me all sales were final prior to the purchase? She eventually decided to give me give me a refund on a one-time basis, but she did not know how to process the refund. She told me to come back 45 minutes later and when I came back, she still did not know how to process the refund. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. This made my first experience with the brand extremely awkward and uncomfortable. I will not be returning. I was able to find a nice Jimmy Choo bag as Neiman's as a Christmas Gift to myself.

This review is a few weeks overdue since I visited the store on February 24th of 2021. I came in looking to browse at their Octo Finissimo collection, no appointment, didn't even look presentable, yet Ivan treated me like a valued client even though he had never met me before. The customer service I received that day was second to none, they treated me like family when most other jewelry stores would've probably given me the cold shoulder. The hospitality was amazing and I couldn't be happier with the product.

If you need anything be sure to ask NEIL he is very knowledgeable to any questions about any questions you may have , he will also make sure to provide you with a step by step courtesy text on any repair and the cost, if you have to do that it would only make it clear your item was no doubt a gift. Long story made short after having my wedding band for several years even after my failed marriage and bitter divorce I was washing dishes only to discover my finger was missing one diamond and that I've been losing weight to make the ring wiggle a bit , immediately i was offered a quick look at the inside of the ring without any recipes or paperwork was promptly taken in for the repair, not only was it done right away , I got the ring resized perfectly , the cost of the missing diamond however was an expense I couldn't avoid . No complaints . Only smiles and a missing diamond replaced at the cost of $579 The marry me ring is fabulous , the most tasteful platinum band I've ever seen with five very tasteful diamonds , I'm amazed at how masculine a ring like that was even possible given the five diamonds, the one diamond was not nice but is optional if five diamonds does not suit you , homosexual however like myself appreciates it be sure .

I probably would not have publicly posted or even privately complained, but the sales associate nearly broke my necklace. Additionally, I was rushed, and not enough information was provided about my piece or purchase. My payment was processed without looking at my ID or signature, or without using my pin, which made it seem very unsecure as well.I purchased a Bulgari piece last week and although I had good customer service twice before when I visited (I was a walk-in client initially, was planning to get a necklace at Tiffany's), when I went to complete the sale the customer service was much less than one would expect when buying a cherished piece of art to enjoy for my lifetime. When I came in to purchase, it was an hour before closing time and the associate seemed like she didn’t want to let me in, and then proceeded to rush. I was just coming by to pay and pick it up, so immediately we were at the register. She told me the yellow gold in Fiorever flowers aren’t available in Europe where I live and although I was disappointed, I knew I liked this piece (it would be more interesting to know about gold product available in my country of residence, the U.K.). She asked for my phone number, but gave up when she realised my country code was international, she only took down +44. She asked for my email, but in the end did not email me a receipt or offer to. She asked if my card was debit, but then swiped it, didn’t ask for my pin, or even to see my ID or signature for the $2k+ purchase. Then when she asked for me to sign a sales agreement, I asked about the return policy, which she informed me the item was non-returnable. I was never informed of the policy beforehand, and my card was already charged. I signed whatever she put in front of me because clearly she was in a rush and I was bothering her. I left so confused, I didn’t even know what the warranty is, and I live internationally. I don’t know if I’m supposed to pay duty on this.Another person shopping in the store remarked, they were always closing early (ie rushing us).I realised later my receipt was torn, and the cushion in the box was soiled with a glue stain. I think what upset me most of all is when I got home to try it on, the clasp was completely tangled, and I was worried it was going to break. I made a video of this, and I have made a few unboxing videos on YouTube. I have attached an imagine that shows the clasp was stuck strained in the open position when I first opened the box. I think the videofootage would show that after someone took so much care in making this piece, it is spoiled at the last minute when someone carelessly threwit in the box. I wasn’t offered gift wrap and it came with no dust bag.Honestly I hope to cherish this piece but the way I was treated at the point of sales makes me feel sad. I don’t want it to reflect on the company, but as I see you are dealing with art and ambiance, it seems important to address these things. I have lived in a few countries and I think this customer service is not in line with what I would expect and am used too, I’m not sure how else to explain. It was really sloppy in the end.All in all, in the future I don't think San Fransisco is a luxury shopping destination. I guess this is why I moved to London.I have emailed customer service with hopes to at least get an email receipt or some communication on what the warranty is for my piece. They responded initially within 48 hours but I haven't heard anything else.Trying to not hold it against Bulgari because I love my necklace, and I plan to shop more in Europe, where I expect the experience will be more relaxed and fun.
