“My car was bipped while I was at a concert in Oakland. It was about midnight so I decided to go home and deal with it in the morning. I received quotes upwards of $800-900 from places like Safelite. I found Best Service Auto Glass and set an appointment for same-day. They arrived within 1.5 hours of the confirmation call with their phone agent. They replaced the windows and cleaned all the shattered glass within an hour! I was charged just under $500 for this service.”

He thoroughly assessed the damage and explained to me in details the different parts that went into the estimate. I was able to bring the car in the next day, and they even finished my repairs early. My insurance gave me a list of places to choose, and I’m so freaking grateful I chose fix auto on Folsom. Everyone was funny, empathetic, nice, and kind. They helped me find a week that I could handle losing the car. They helped me and identifying rental car options, and they kept me posted all week on the progress. The car looks flipping fantastic, and I’m wildly impressed with all the work they did. “So happy with my experience! My rear passenger side window (the small triangle portion) of my 2012 Toyota Camry got smashed, this was the second place I called. They answered so quickly, he was able to check if they had the specific window part at their warehouse, and sent someone to my location within 45 minutes. The job was done in less than 20 minutes and it looks great.”
“I had a small repair done over my left rear wheel. I was a little disappointed with the final outcome of the first repair as the 3 panels that needed to come together in a smooth plane were off on different angles and a detail line did not line up with the one on another panel. I took it back in. The staff were accommodating, said we will fix it, we warranty our work.
The 2nd repair fixed some of the problem but didn't really get the surfaces all in the same smooth plane. I decided this is as good as it will get for this repair. This was an insurance paid job, so I understand that the perfection that I hoped for is not achievable at these prices.
I will say, I am very able to see these types of things, while most people are not, and this repair was in a tricky spot to get the pieces to blend, so I don't fault the body shop. This is likely the normal outcome for most body shops. The paint work and finishing are top notch and I am very happy with that. The staff were very easy to work with and timely with final delivery both times. I have had other repairs done here that I was completely happy with, I would recommend this shop to anyone.”

“Quick service, called day of and they were able to get it done! They have a supplier in SF which makes 4 runs per day, so they can easily do same day. After the service there were a few small things like seams I had to tuck in that showed a lack of attention to detail.”

Many thanks to Rica who set up an appointment for an estimate, and patiently walked me through the procedure she’d be taking with my insurance company. After agreeing to everything I dropped my car off expecting them to keep it 4 or 5 days, but to my surprise the job (fender bender) only took 2 days. Texts were sent to me keeping me informed of the progress. My car looked brand new when I picked it up! Thanks to Rica, Alex, and the entire team!”
