These people are so kind and deal with so much that I can not believe they don't have a million great reviews. They are very impressive overall for a big city in cutting edge addiction specialists and helping people. Very genuine people and I love how they have a big security guard who is super no nice but there to keep the clients and staff safe. I have so many nice things to say about the PHACS pharmacists and how they now will make home visits in certain situations which is amazing. I more just love their patience dealing with San Francisco homeless and Downtrodden. They are angels to me and I refer them to a lot of people. If you or a loved one is looking for help to get off off opiates including fentanyl they will help save your life. All you have to do is show up and ask for help and they will guide you with kindness, no judgement and real help with medical knowledge and success stories. I recommend buprenorphene and or Suboxone over methadone as I was on methadone for 3 years and it did not help me like bup did but every case is different. I just want to say Thank You for not giving up on people and giving people a second chance at this precious life. Prayers for you and your family and loved ones and I'll be referring people to you. Take Care CBHS and PHACS and RAMS is also awesome too. Shoutout to Damian the pharmacist team and all those making PHACS possible at CBHS Pharmacy. You deserve 10 stars.

Would be nice to answer the phone when you call up there but they don't so it's really big waste of time you just got to show up and hopefully they're still open when you get there

Very polite and down to earth workers. I love that they're now open seven days a week. They even give treats to my doggies well we're waiting.

God Bless these folks. Awesome staff; such positive attitudes and overall it was a pleasure during every visit I've made over the last 6 months or so. Always have been nothing but kind and thoughtful, friendly staff as well as the atmosphere of the facility itself too.Every dozen times or so that I went to fill my prescription with them here I had to have been in and out of the place within 30 minutes. Maybe one or two times took another 5-10 minutes longer than expected, tops.Even without my state ID and no medical insurance currently in San Francisco, I had been served in a far more genuine and caring manner than any other medical facilities in the entire past 25 years of my life here in the land of the free.By a Longshot.Infinite telepathic love <3 :)

Helpful place for the bigger problems society doesn't know how to solve! Ignore the hater security guard/cop smirking, ignorance is bliss.

I have worked there for about 7 years as an admin assistant. The place is very unsafe, lots of violation had happened while I was working there. I only missed some of my co-workers which are no longer working there anymore, too. I was working on the second floor and TAP clinic was on the first floor. The clinic workers sometimes acted very strange like they need some phychiatric help. Overall, the customer service is very poor. I got a minimum pay rate on that time, and I was never evaluated. The only good thing I had that this place was close to my home, only 4 blocks away.
