Absolutely incredible service. On a holiday, with no tech in store, Julian helped me sort out a BIOS issue and install a new CPU. He took great care with my machine, communicated at every step, and we made sure everything was running smoothly before I walked out the door. Julian, if you see this, thanks so much for your help!

Beware, they do not price match at all even though their website says they take it into consideration and may take it down to the price they paid. We went in looking for a 240mm cooling fan and showed them a shipped and sold by Amazon item and Best Buy item that was on sale, and they wouldn't budge on their price. Do you research because they are overpriced and you can find what you are looking for on Amazon or Best Buy. Every store selling this product except Cenfral Computers had it on sale and no budging on the price. Terrible service

Came to this store when visit San Francisco for a day and this store is very impressive. This store is basically Micro center in downtown SF. They have alot of up to date and current cpus and gpus for discounted prices.
The employees are friendly and actually helped when looking for stuff. Clean store and the manager was friendly
Would recommend to visit of your looking for computer parts and computer needs

Staff isn’t very knowledgable, is overwhelmed and not there to assist.. and prices are higher than Best Buy. Take that for what it’s worth… I would build my PC from scratch, go to the new MicroCenter and/or just order small parts from Monoprice. Save your time, and money.

I am from out of town and needed a very specific cable for an older device. This store had it, as well as every other cable you could imagine. The prices are very reasonable too. I am jealous of the locals that have this store close by. If you live in SF and are not buying all your computer bits and pieces here then you're crazy.

Was looking for a USB HDMI adapter, called ahead to ask if they had it. They confirmed. When I arrived and asked about the part, they led me right to it. Price was reasonable, store was clean and organized, great customer service. So glad I didn't have to go to Best Buy, happy to support the local biz!

Wanted to leave positive feedback for Rick. Over the years he’s built me multiple desktop systems and they exceeded my expectations each and every time. His knowledge, turn around time, and even the price for hour labor here is awesome. Even the due diligence to cable management and maximizing all USB ports is there!
This may sound hyperbolic, but what you get vs what you pay for is awesome… maybe the most reasonable in the entire city of San Francisco in terms of hourly rate & value. My absolute favorite thing about him is that there’s no agenda to sell you overpriced elements to a build that other little in terms of a mechanical return. No upsell on liquid cooling, or even an attempt to layer more sticks of RAM into your tower. If you ask him a straight question, he will give you an honest answer. IMHO, this is exceedingly rare with service professionals who seem to relish adding unnecessary expensive parts onto all projects.
Thanks for everything central computer, I have yet to have a bad experience in all these years.
