(Good) * good customer service! * they have all the items of Hot Pot stuff you need.*clean inside(Bad)*I got the think fat meat slice last week for hot pot, and I don't mind paying a little more for good meat, one thing is disappointed about was the meat tray the top four layers were good fat marbleize cut but after that four layers, it was. bad, more fat than red meat. It's almost like 65% -70% of the FAt and rest was red meat. I ended up have to STOP my dinner and take out my scissor to cut, all the fat out then i can start back my HOT POT dinner again..... it was too fatty. Hope it will not happen again. I will definitely give them another try. next time

The meat was great and the lady was nice. I will come back. I will try the cheap meat next time and see how that goes.

I used to go to the meat market at sunset district. After I tried hot pot beef and pork from Chang Hong, I won't go to other meat market! Reasonable price and varieties of selection!

Tried going to gold coin, our go to, but the wait was long and mom and pop owner couldn't slice the hot pot meat fast enough. Another patron suggested this place - prices were more than gold coin for sure. $23 vs $20 for the snow flake beef, $18 vs $13 for regular beef.. but wow. The meat was delicious

I found my hot pot meat fix in the city! This mom and papa shop has everything you need for a hot pot meal except for veggies. They can even slice the meat in front of you! Their beef tastes so good! Also remember to grab the broth base for the hot pot. Parking is a bit challenging in the area so I just ran in while my bf was driving around in the area.

Used to shop hotpot beef from coins but this is now my favorite spot for all your hot pot essentials! The beef and lamb are soooo tasty! Really the staff here too. The place is clean and spacious.
