I booked an appointment with a stylist at 5am on a Sunday and heard back from the amazing Christy right away. I couldn't believe it! She texted me a few questions like height, size, budget, and which brands I normally shop. Literally hours later when the store opened she had several beautiful items waiting for me to try on. She was a life-saver as I walked in with two kids in tow we were in and out in 45 minutes and within budget. Not only that but I loved the clothes she styled me in. She is a professional and extremely good at her job taking into account my body type and never pushing for a higher budget. You can tell she has experience in her line of work and I will definitely be back for more wardrobe items. Loving my new outfit.

I was in need of a self care day and decided to stop by the Armani cosmetics counter to visit my friend and long time makeup artist Mauro Bella. He did a fantastic job as always. Please stop by and see him this holiday season to get your makeup done or purchase some amazing Armani products.

The BEST customer service! I've been a shopper here for years and one thing I love is how the staff make it an experience each time. The sales people are not pushy, they help you find the best item/few for you and the registry services are the best I've experienced. From the various brands available to their own branded items, things are always readily available and surprisingly competitively priced. I don't feel like I'm being over charged just because of the store name. When I got engaged registering with Bloomingdale's was a no brainer. I received wonderful, thoughtful and personal care by Ms. Gregory, throughout the process. Especially post event. Ensuring I was able to complete my registry and make any exchanges needed. Great to see Bloomingdale's commitment to staying in San Francisco.

8/3/2023Honestly, I have never been inside a Bloomingdale's.Took an Uber over to do some shopping..I am in search of a new handbag, and was hoping to maybe find something..Unfortunately, nothing was appealing..They opened the entrance and staff was too busy to acknowledge customers.Walked out empty handed, and probably won't return.. I can see why customers shop online and in their own homes..

This place needs to put thier workers in a training about following people around and say they were there while a customer was just doing some light shopping. This customer explained to the staff worker and manager that she had definitely not stolen anything out of the store they acted like they didnt believed it and didn't even see it happen. Finally it was proved she did not take anything from that grungy store. Never shopping here again, EVER!!! Who steals from Bloomingdale's? They're like a rung beneath Marshalls.THIS DID NOT HAPPEN TO ME, TO SOMEONE I KNOW.

This has to be one of the biggest and nicest Bloomingdale's we have ever shopped at. Also the biggest selection of their own brand Aqua, it's one of my personal favorite brands! Hubby actually came in the previous day to pick up our online orders. They prepared the same day pickup fast enough. Hubby got a spring down jacket at Moncler store inside the Bloomingdale's. The experience was flawless. I found a pair of Burberry sneakers and an Aqua blazer. Sales people were very friendly and helpful. I find the sales people were older at this store but they were definitely more experienced and knowledgeable. Great Bloomingdale's location that we will shop again!

Bloomingdales charged me over $126 total over the list price (at Matouk, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, etc) of Matouk towels and told me I had $124 in savings. When I called for a price check, they kept me on the phone for over an hour. Then they required that I come into the store in person because the credit card I bought them with had expired. This is so unethical and I only even noticed because one of the bath mats was damaged and I was checking how much it was to decide if it was worth trying to exchange it. They also took over a week to ship these to me after I bought them in the store, which I also find bizarre.

None of the phone numbers work, no one picks up at at any department. Don't bother doing curbside pickup. You can't contact them and they won't come out. Bloomingdales service is as ratchet as the store.

I would not recommend purchasing anything online here. You do not receive a valid tracking number even after you pay for express shipping. Then comes the run around from customer service. Seems like a really shady company.

The store is frankly unnecessary. Overpriced, under stocked, and they literally never have anything I'm looking for. Disc stores primary purpose is providing access to the movie theater elevators.

This review is for Bloomingdale's e-commerce "operation". Brand executives should be embarrassed. Shut it down and don't re open it until it's half way decent. Every single aspect of the experience is nearly laughable. Customer service associates are the only ok thing. DO NOT put any important holiday gifts in the trust of Bloomingdale's e-commerce.

I spent about $5000 the last time I was there. I had a return and I did not enjoy their customer service. They were rude and getting on my nerves. Additionally the "manager" at the gift wrap was also not nice. Seeing how empty the store is I would expect them to be a lot nicer to customers. Specially the ones who spend so much money. (Just from a business perspective). Will not be going back.
