I've been a Chase customer for nine years and spend around $75,000 every year on my credit cards. Ever since they changed their system requirements, I've been locked out of my account. I tried to call for help but the rep hung up on me instead of transferring me to someone who COULD help. I guess I'll be switching my accounts to AMEX. It's a hassle, but this lack of customer support is intolerable.

Bad service! Awful experience! Had a private client appointment with the assistant vice president, Wenqin Sun. She said "Sit! " in Mandarin (zuò!) the second when I step into her office, with NO EYE CONTACT and NO GREETINGS. She DID NOT even introduce herself at all and start asking for my ID card and Social Security number. I am guessing that she assumed I am fluent in Mandarin by looking at my Chinese spellings first and last name, but whats funny is that I don't even speak Mandarin, I speak only English and Cantonese. She was speaking in Mandarin to me the whole time. We found out that she wasn't able to help me out with my situation 5 mins later, so I asked if there may be any alternative ways to fix this issue, but she said NO firmly. And refused to communicate, still having no eye contact when I was trying to ask her questions and all she was doing is she held up a form, pointing at it acting like I am being annoying and causing her troubles. Her attitude made me felt like she is looking down at me. As an assistant vice president, I felt like she has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Really bad experience at a Chase Branch for the first time.

Banker was playing with a Nintendo switch. First time in this branch. Needed a larger withdrawal and unfortunately it is a branch with no tellers. Quite disappointed.

I've been a member of Chase for a long time now, opened my account at this specific branch. I am always shocked at their ability to treat me like a criminal when trying to access MY OWN money.

I am a Chase Private Client and was treated even worse than a regular client. The place is always empty and the employees have bad attitudes. Even though I was the only client with four women employees available, I was reprimanded for not putting my coins in the holders by the manager even though I was helped by someone else. I refused to step into this branch again. Very unprofessional considering that it was such a simple matter of counting coins.
