ATMs need to have maintenance for cash deposits. Tried to cash in my Lunar New Year money and would not accept in one transaction. Had to perform action multiple times due to the reader malfunctioning. Waste of time.

??????I went to the bank today and asked for an Arabic translator, and my request was rejected. Therefore, I do not want my money to be in this bank, unfortunately.

This bank has the worst service even when facing potential new customers. The bank policy of opening a new account is implicit. The staff said the bank needs address confirmation but didn’t offer any instructions on how to get the evidence. Then on the bank policy page, there is no instructions or requirements or examples on the address confirmation. Meanwhile, I don’t like the attitude of the staffs as if they don’t want to service us. Of course, this bank has no interest in supporting customers and providing information to perform necessary business. If that is the case for this bank, I see no reason to continue my business here. There are plenty of friendly banks with great service out there to choose from.

Lizette Tran, the manager at this branch cannot be trusted. She lacks integrity and you cannot believe a word that comes out of her mouth. One of the most important qualities in doing business is being impeccable with your word. Lizette failed miserably. She assured me my safe deposit box fee will be waived as long as I'm a customer at Chase. That when I receive my invoice for the safe deposit box - all I have to do is to reach out to her and she would take care of it. Now she's telling me she can no longer waive the fee. Lizette is a big reason why I closed all my accounts with Chase including my home equity line of credit, after being a loyal customer for over 50 years. Shame on you Lizette Tran!!!

Still charge fees for O/D and for wires in and out. Change to Capital One or Schwab to get these services without these junk fees. Jaime Dimond earns $100's of millions annually off the backs of decent citizens.

Ppl who work here are really d*** and incompetent. About 5-7yr old intelligence. One young bank teller has a bad attitude and threw my card and ID as he returned them to be under the glass divider. Very rude

I am a Brand New Chase Customer and my employer did a branch deposit on my behalf. I understand that the requirement to place extended holds on the funds especially during these day and ages with all the fraud is necessary. The purpose for my review today is that I called this branch in particular located at 700 Market St and spoke to a representative named: Baoyi Feng who was Extremely Courteous and especially engaged with my situation. I needed the funds to be released earlier than the system would allow and Baoyi Feng provided me with information on how to go about getting the hold updated. She gave me her undivided attention and made me feel valued and important. After I completed the steps. I received a follow up call from her letting me know a few more details were needed to complete my request. Her manager is Lizette Tran and I wanted Chase to know the branch located at 700 Market is wonderful and the employees are exceptional. Thank You

My Finacee worked with Ahmed. And he did a fantastically terrible job at wiring the WRONG amount to a wedding venue abroad. Not only did he make this mistake, he wasn’t even aware that Luxembourg was a country when trying to wire with the specific VAT and thought that he couldn’t help us.Today, after realizing his error (he sent tens of thousands in USD not EURO!!!), we called the branch was delighted to speak to Ahmed. We asked for his supervisor and he refused to actually call him/her! He said that we could go in and he waived the fee but for anyone who wants to any international wire transfer PLEASE PLEASE do not use this location. We decided to do this an online route and hope to open an internal investigation/review

As a United Airlines Premier Gold (million mile) flyer my recommendation is to say NO to opening a United Explorer Visa with Chase unless you are a single card holder. Charges will be denied to the secondary cardholder for as long as the account is deemed "new". The primary will have to approve or disapprove the charge effectively freezing use of the card. #MeToo #oldwhitemalebankers

The worst bank ever! Someone stole my account number and then created a fake check. This check didn't even have my name on it. Chase allowed this fake $12,000 check to clear my account. The worst part is they did not reimburse me. I am out 12 grand! Use any bank but Chase!!!! My review is zero stars but they made me include one.
