I don't know what people are scanning but I live in this neighborhood and use it all the time. It reads from my phone and I'm in. No problem for years. People have always been friendly and helpful. It's so handy I switched my other account to this bank as well.

This was my first time coming to this branch and left pretty happy. I came in to make a deposit and the teller referred me to a banker who took the time to show me how to setup my Chase app and deposit my check through the app! ?. Totally amazed to learn how easy it is. Looks like I won’t be coming in as often anymore.

A little bit out of the way but it was worth it to come here. The tellers and greeter was welcoming. Emily was very helpful looking into my account that customer service didn't even know about.
