I'm not one to write reviews, but I tried getting help with a business banking issue, and the person I was assigned to didn't even try to help. Took one look at the screen and then literally stood up to usher me out; she didn't even let me explain the full context the issue I'd had and cut me off when I tried. If Google gave an option to leave 0 stars, that would be my selection.

Chase Bank Private Client V.P. Justin Sloan at 555 Mission Street in San Francisco should deserve some recognition by management for he seemed to be the very few employees that has revived my faith within the banking industry of late. He is always very helpful, professional and responsive to my concerns and needs throughout the years especially during the Covid Pandemic! Unlike some of his colleagues whom are great at providing lip services or even throw a monkey wrench at the works by telling other truly helpful good employees in the branch such as Fantasia Jackson that she cannot fax application to Headquarters for “self- directed brokerage accounts.” This happened two weeks ago even though I was instructed telephonically to do so by a supervisory employee with customer service earlier the same day when all else had failed, i.e. electronically/ via internet to open aforementioned account! With banking hours being cut back including services by most banks, it has been a refreshing experience to know that bankers such as Justin and Fantasia are still around to complete the important mission set forth by their charismatic CEO and Chairman Jamie Dimon of JP Morgan Chase & Co.In spite of the limited resources or encouragement Justin and Fantasia do their best to help out customers like myself that require a service dog to get around!Being the largest bank in this great nation, I believe it is important that Chase Bank management should reward good employees and weed out the bad ones for many large banks and corporations had failed of late because their leaders had failed to discern such differences in its rank and file!Finally, it is my fervent hope that Chase Bank would integrate the few decent employees from First Republic Bank into Chase Bank on a permanent basis for they are part of the JP Morgan Chase family now!

This is the best Chase bank in the business. I've been here a few times since it's right by my workplace to withdraw or deposit cash, ask questions, etc - but I have to commend Kristine and Kain for their amazing service and commitment to their customers. Kain specifically - wow. Super helpful, resourceful, and really wanting to ensure I have all my questions answered thoughtfully and accurately with my banking needs. Visited him on a whim once, scheduled an appointment next, and each time he has gone above and beyond. If the CEO of Chase happens to read this (or at least the branch manager), give this fella the kudos and recognition he deserves. 10/10 would come again. His customer service is second to none, along with his dedication to his client's needs. Huge thanks!

Kain helped me do my wire transfer and he was amazing! Super friendly, professional, and made the whole transaction smooth! Explained everything I needed to know and I left feeling like everything was taken care of. Great customer service! Thank you so much Kain!

Went in for a notary service and money order check. Great service from the person who greeted me in the front desk and to both Gabriella and Andrew with notary and money order. I was in and out within 20min!

It does not help to be nice when your systems and processes are messed up. I applied for and received a credit card from Chase. When I received it, it came with the wrong name. It was my 10 years ago un-married name. Their system pulled it from an old account (that I thought was closed) even though I applied for the card in my current legal name. Then when I went into a branch to correct it, they want me to go through a name change process with them. Ugh!!!! Total hassle. Fix your systems and don't give someone a credit card if you can't get the name correct per the application.
