This branch is staffed 90% by bros in their 20's. No one answers the phone, not a lot of historical knowledge about how to get things done. I think they're trying, but lack experience. I miss First Republic.

Great Chase branch to visit. When I was applying for a card, there was a fraud alert on my profile, and they helped me dispute the claim. There's always a banker to talk to, even if you are late for your appointment or just walking in.
