Should be an access granted to ATM via debit/credit card but two days in row cannot get in. Many people turning back because of this issue. Next atm is 2.5 miles away, Chase team, please do something to fix this issue.

During a global pandemic where I need to pay rent and buy food for my children and you can't go to the DMV these people would not cash my payroll check written on Chase account and they see me everyday depositing money for our business ....shameful

Wait time is always drawn out. Even for what should be simple, in and out transactions. There are never enough tellers open. I dread having to go inside.

In the last week of August I closed my old account and opened a new one in another Chase branch. Then on 09/03, I went to the branch at 4669 Mission St and spoke with Gilbert Pacheco to change my social security deposit and order new checks. He said he would take care of it and said I did not have to go to the social security office. Today 10/03, I did not receive my social security. I went to social security office and they advised that the payment was sent to the old account that was closed. They never received any instructions about the change of account from chase.I have to wait now till Monday or Tuesday to get my funds. MY RENT IS DUE ! I went back to the branch and talked to Scott to complain but all I got was a run around...

Understaffed bank. Stay away. In today world when automatization( AI ) helps run these businesses tremendously, it is unacceptable for people wait over a half an hour just to be seen by a staff member. The people working here are very nice, my complain is against the corporate itself.

This review is for Amy and Amber they really did wayyy too much today during my visit to this location. I came in to handle some business. I was helped right away by a gentleman named Gabriel who was really friendly. I took a seat and to wait for him to come back with my receipt. I was immediately approached by two other employees from the branch. The woman Amy who later claimed to be the branch manager was very rude. Amber was really aggressive. She was looking at me as if she wanted to snatch me out of my seat. I explained to her that I was only waiting for a receipt for my deposit. She then looked over at Amy with a stupid look on her face. I don't like how the bypassed a line to approach me to find out why I was in the bank. After I told them I was waiting for my receipt they went over to the line and attempted to act like they were helping customers. I believe that was a cover up to how they profiled me. Needless to say I won't be coming here again. Terrible service from both Amy (Branch Manager) and Amber. They both should be ashamed of themselves. The certainty shouldn't be working customer service positions.
