Jared was very informative n helpful with information for our upgrade of refrigerator n dishwasher. We had purchased home appliances from cherin's in the past. Been satisfied with product availabilities n service. Our recent dishwasher delivery/installation was a little bumpy. Not the product or cherin's but with the installer. The guy was a bit tasty. Overall, I would recommend business with cherin's n Jared. Prices are competitive and fair. Cherin's knows home appliances. I felt comfortable working with them n I hope they will be around for a long time

I have been doing business with Cherin's Appliance for 50+ years...I'm not a member of the family but i feel like one...when someone delivers an appliance, you can be sure they've been doing it for many years...I just had a SubZero installed. The guy, an independent, has been doing installations for Cherin's for 39 years...it's as if they send a family member to the customer's home.Nothing but good to say about this outfit.

I was looking to replace my aged oven/microwave and cooktop with new appliances. I did a lot of checking online and then went to Cherin's.Jared, the sales associate there, was excellent. He was deeply knowledgeable about the choices and made good recommendations that fit my needs while offering competitive prices. After I ordered the pieces he recommended an installer. Then, when that installer was too busy, he recommended a second installer who did an excellent job. After the oven was installed, there was a problem with the fan. Jared stayed involved until it was fixed. Overall, my experience was very good. I recommend Cherin's and Jared.

The lack of exterior upkeep is an indication the management is neglectful or having problems.It is disturbing and an eye sore.

We ordered multiple appliances for a kitchen remodel. Cherin's was helpful in the ordering process and extremely responsive in keeping us apprised of supply chain delays. But unfortunately the delivery of one appliance - the refrigerator - was problematic. Given the size of the refrigerator and the steps up to the front door Cherin's in-house delivery service wouldn't handle it and they referred us to a third party to do the delivery. We had several issues with that delivery person. And because our delivery agreement was with the third party, we had no recourse with Cherin's. So, although I would recommend Cherin's in general, I cannot for appliances they will not deliver to your property.

Amazing experience! I worked with Bobby Brown and he was exceedingly helpful. I honestly did not expect to call and get every single appliance I wanted for my remodel, considering everything is usually out of stock, but they had it all! The prices were very competitive. He was able to provide great advice too on what we might want and what would work best. If you are worried about the level of service and delivery you might get from a big box store, then I definitely recommend Cherin's. Shop local! All in all stoked!

Almost all my appliances are from Cherins. My twenty year old dishwasherNeeded to be replaced. I was able to find what we needed and wanted on the phone and it is being installed tomorrow.Thank you Cherins, again.

After 80 years (my entire family (great grand parents, grand parents, mother and father) of loyalty to Cherins... it is time to move on...... I tried to order a washer. It was due to be delivered but it got "crushed". So I ordered another washer that was not backordered for over a month. I had a question so I called 5 times in a week. I emailed five times. No reply. Then I asked for a supervisor who told me, "I'll just cancel your order".. OK, now I have to go to another vendor and wait another 3 weeks for a washer. These guys are the worst. Don't pray victim to their "we are the elite SF appliance store". That is a bunch of Hui.....Only elite part is the price you pay.

Called Dean on a Weds, told him how I bought a Maytag washer at Home Depot that had been back ordered for 3 months. Turns out Dean had the exact same washer in stock and he could deliver it the next day . I bought it from Dean, called Home Depot for a refund. Thanks Dean! Also their installer was very professional and did a great job.

We purchased a new set of kitchen appliances from Cherin's including a fridge, range, hood, and microwave drawer for our home remodel. We chose Cherin's based on a recommendation from our builder/contractor as well as wanting to support a local business. Overall we had no issues during the buying process and appreciated the chance to see and discuss new appliances at their store. Unfortunately our problems came when we finally received our appliances and got them installed. Our newly installed Thermador microwave drawer would turn on but not heat up any food (basically dead on arrival). We have to push against the microwave door in order for it to even heat food. We contacted Cherin's to let them know based on the advice of our contractor. I've been frustrated with a lack of support, empathy, and very slow response despite our appliance being considered dead on arrival by our contractor (who came over to confirm installation was proper). Cherin's website claiming they "help you get it right the first time" but they barely reply or get back to you. I later was told that I need to work with Thermador directly to try and repair this before they can exchange the microwave but Thermador can not send someone until over a month since I initially contacted them.I do not recommend Cherin's if you are looking for the assurance that your brand new appliances will be working or expect to get help if it is not. You may be left on your own to try to resolve things and spend months without a functional appliance.

This place is very busy and lacks customer service! I was told two fridges would be delivered to a large property-Apartment Building-and they not only brought one but didn't bother to put handles on fridge-too lazy to follow my advanced directions ! What happened to other fridge. I was told delayed but yet when i ordered both were in stock! Obviously they may have given to someone else! Finally a week later got the fridge to find out window if time 12-5 comes at 4 pm damaged! So off they go to another job and the boss made them come back with a new fridge! The delivery drivers were rude and lazy-all three of them! Watch out and good luck with this place! Too many other choices for appliances and won't ever return to this unorganized place!

The salespeople are extremely helpful; you really feel that you are getting a straight answer rather than a sales pitch. Because of supply chain issues, my washer and dryer took a few months to be delivered -- they warned me about this. (Fortunately I anticipated this and ordered before there was a crisis.)When they finally came, the guys who delivered them were just great. As I was getting ready to clean up the area under the old washer, one of the men said "we are full service, I'll take care of it." The entire experience could not have been smoother. I cannot give them a higher recommendation. There is a good reason they have been around forever.

Like most new home owners, I wanted the best quality appliances for my new home. I bought the Asko washer and dryer set in 2019 and a year before I bought a GM fridge from them. I was happy with the service until yesterday.....My Asko washer lost its control and parts started to flow out and the entire washer was smashing against the two walls on each side for like 10 minutes. I thought it would catch on fire and almost called 911. Thank goodness it didn't. I called them today and asked for my receipt and asked for sales assistance because I was told Asko my best choice when it comes to washer & dryer. I wanted to know why would they recommend me something that almost caught on fire in my condo 3 years after my purchase. The lady on the phone said once you bought anything from us. It's between you and the manufacturer. There is nothing they can do about it.My advice for you all shoppers! It's better to find appliance store that will give you honest recommendations. Maybe these fancy brands don't really worth the extra because pricing is just another sale strategy to make you believe it's better quality.
