“Rest room out of service” is something that I am seeing at most gas stations in urban areas with a high houseless population. This is a level beyond “customers only” where not even customers can use the facilities. If relieving oneself in public is illegal and there are no municipal facilities provided, and gas stations are no longer an option, what exactly are people supposed to do? Especially those of us with children? Someone needs to start a “right to pee” legislation.

This is the only gas station that charge you 2 dollars for air , very disrespectful and rude people.

Jeff has taken great care of my BMW on leaks. He is detailed and took care of repairs promptly. On the second repair, he even wash the car. I'm so grateful to have found Jeff and will recommend him to all my friends.

As a single woman with an older car, i.e., 2001 Mustang, I need and depend on a reputable service station. I recently received a violation letter from the HOA where I live in San Bruno due to my car leaking oil - they consider it a slip and fall hazard. Since the location is close, I took my recently purchased car there. The estimate was as I expected; this was not going to be a cheap fix because the oil leak was substantial. After keeping my car there for several hours at no charge and placing it on the rack they showed me what the problem was. The parts themselves were not expensive but the labor is what cost. I could clearly see where the oil was leaking from and this was no easy fix - I should add that the day before I had my oil changed at Oil Changers. I mentioned the leak to them and there was nothing they could do. It required removing the transmission to access the parts/gaskets. At the same time my check engine light was on. While there was no guarantee Jose indicated it was a common problem with my car and showed me two small white plastic pieces that frequently break/crack. I was told I would need to leave my car there for three days. Since I work full time outside the house this involved my renting a car. Long story short. I received a call this morning from the owner, Jeff, who said my car was ready for pick up. That was great news because it saved me one day's car rental. The bad news was I had no ride to return the rental because I planned on returning the car Thursday. Jeff, the owner, graciously took me during rush hour traffic to Enterprise so that I could return the rental car. Not only was the leak fixed but Jose and Jeff replaced the plastic parts that caused the check engine light to go on. They also did some additional tweaks at no charge. They did a fantastic job on my car, the overall cost was less than the original estimate and the additional tweaks they did at no extra charge. On top of that they saved me a day car's rental and who doesn't like to save money. As a single woman who knows nothing about cars and owns a 20 year old vehicle it gives me peace of mind to know I can count on Jeff and Jose. You are my go to mechanics. Thank you so much!

These guys don't play around! Upfront, honest and great rapport with clients. H Have an old 2004 Scion that needs new tires and they quoted me a few different options and once I decided which way (types and price) I was going with, scheduled my appointment for the very next day! Dropped the car off, went up the street to get a couple donuts and a coffee. 45 minutes later Paul called to let me know the car was ready to roll. Great vibe, great team, excellent service! I'll definitely be going back. Thanks for your service

Y'all know I'm about great service, & If I could, I'd give the customer service here a thousand stars. Lisa and also the overnight shift guy- they are some of the most friendly, down to earth folks make u feel like ur home in a gas station! I'm telling you, if you go to SF, make it a point to stop by there! So worth it just to be graced with these souls. Oh and they're open 24 hours lol

The mechanic shop might be good but it's moving to a new location. However this is a review of the gas station and service is bad. All the printers are constantly out of paper and I told the attendants multiple times and then don't even seem to care...

The mechanic at this location is VERY good! My car died and Jeff was very efficient to diagnose the issue and honest to give me my options. I'll definitely be coming back here for my auto repair needs.

I've been taking my car to Patrick's for over a year now for both routine maintenance (flat tires and oil changes) and more substantial repairs (engine repairs). They've done a great job on all the work I've asked them to do and have been fast, thorough, and clear on the pricing. Would highly recommend!
