This is the worst Chevron I've been to in San Francisco and Sacramento. They behaved very badly. They didn't let me use the restroom or buy water. It's very unpleasant that there are gas stations like this with such service. I have a Chevron subscription and it really disappointed me.

Stopped by quickly to get snacks and used to is spot as a rest stop for a bit. Employees were super nice and had excellent customer service!

Very disrespectful employees.
I stop for gas and some snacks, also wanted to use the restroom, but an old Asian lady really disrespectfuly said , customers not allowed to use the restroom.
Really disappointed for stopping at such a racist and disrespectful place. Never again.

This is a review for the Extra Mile here. Up until the writing of this review I frequented this location probably 2 times a week for about a month. Earlier this week, I attempted to purchase some food. The attendant rang me up, but at the time, they said that my card was rejected as their system stated a duplicate change. ** This was odd, as they also said that my transaction did not go through. ** Since they told me this, I put the food back. I also need to state that I did not have my phone on me at the time, therefore I was unable to check my account to see if the transaction did do through. Upon my return home, I checked my account balance, and the transaction did go through. Basically, I paid for something, but I did not receive any of the food because the attendant said the transaction was denied. But, at the same time, that subsequent attempts to retry the purchase was denied because their records showed "duplicate". As a regular customer , most of my interactions were with the same staff. Therefore , I am very troubled that the attendant whom I know by name, is the same person who is now telling me that he doesn't believe that my card was in fact, charged. I need to make it clear that I did call them the next business day (to report that the charge did go through, and that they should offer me a refund. Over the phone, I asked if showing them the charge on my account would be enough to get a refund, the attendant said, "Sure, bring it in to show me, I'll refund you." I did that, and I was told, "I can't be sure that the transaction went through." I replied, "Sir, this is the address of this location, '3675 Geary Blvd.', here is the charge amount. Here is the time of the transaction." The attendant had the gall to say," This is NOT personal, I can't verify that you were charged." At this point, I suggested that the attendant pull the store's records, BUT APPARENTLY, THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE he put, since they, "Only go back one day." I recommended at this point, as a final way to get something for my payment, I suggested that I get the food that I already paid for. The attendant said, " If you get the food, then [the store] would come up short [that basically, the store would lose money for unpaid goods]. I cannot be sure that the payment went through." (This, DESPITE THE FACT THAT I SHOWED HIM THAT IT DID). I knew that the time speaking with the attendant was a waste of time . This attendant with whom had previously been so willing to help over the phone, was now being, n my opinion, totally unhelpful. I left shortly after. I am very suspicious of this location. I do believe that the attendant was being disingenuous for telling me over the phone that I would receive a refund, only to have traveled to the location to be denied the refund IF HE HAD said over the phone, that a refund would be impossible over the phone, that would be one thing. But since I wasted my time going there, this is truly insulting. Previous reviewers stated that they were victims of fuel fraud. As I do now have firsthand experience with being charged for goods not received, I can no longer support this business.

The younger guy with the beard who sleeps in the premises accused me of something that I never ever will even imagine doing it. I got out of there while calling him names. I will never ever put my feet there ,and I will tell all my customers and friends about this idiot who made this place look very badll

It’s a lie. It says a gallon of gas costs 4.10 online. When I drove a long distance, I found out that it wasn’t cheap.

Gas pump fraud scam!!! I filled up and here and my gas tank was still empty when I drove off. Past Yelp reviews has reports of gas fraud here. Avoid unless you want to get scammed with an empty tank!
