A little pricier than other chevrons. Currently $4.55 for regular gas. Did not use restroom, yet it is available.

It's a fine station, but I think the pumps are tampered-with to dispense fewer gallons than reported. I suspect this, because it's always more gallons here than at other stations.

Why is it so hard to find a gas station with an operable air pump in South San Francisco?! This location is completely unkempt and the equipment doesn't work.

Just visited this Chevron station at 1100 Junipero Serra. After buying a tankful of gas, I went into the station's store to make a purchase and was taken back at the reception I received. The gray-haired, older woman behind the counter was amazingly ungracious and unwelcoming when I pleasantly said "hello." She had a scowl on her face and was clearly annoyed though I don't know why. During our brief conversation, she was unnecessarily unpleasant and unfriendly. I remained calm, didn't raise my voice and didn't use profanity as I told her that it's customary to greet customers and be helpful when they enter the store, rather than having a attitude toward them for no apparent reason. She responded that she didn't work for me and that she worked for Chevron. I told her that Chevron needs to rethink who they hire and left the store. The above was a bewildering and disappointing experience especially after I had spent money out at the pump. I truly don't understand this woman's attitude towards me as we're both Caucasian and about the same age. I didn't come in with a complaint and even said "hello" when I walked in. So what was the problem? This is the poorest example of customer service that I've encountered in quite a while and a sad reflection on this particular clerk. Very unprofessional to say the least.

Horrible manager!!! Tonight a 65 year old man had a flat tire. He managed to pull under the overhang at this station as it is pouring down rain. The manager of the station would not allow him to change his tire there for fear he may be blocking one of the pumps. He made the man pull of onto the street and change the tire in pouring down rain. This is not just a bad manager this is a horrible human being! What kind of person would do such a thing?

I was driving just before 2am, and something wasn't right with my stomach. I needed a restroom immediately, and this Chevron was in sight. I pulled in and asked for the restroom key. The employee on duty pointed at a printout that the restrooms were closed after 10pm. I replied "it's an emergency, I need to go like right now." He points to the sign again and said "talk to the manager" and then turned away and ignored my subsequent pleas. Zero human compassion and common sense. Never using this Chevron again for anything no matter what. I hope Mr. "just following orders" working in the booth tonight, and his manager, are repeatedly denied access to a restroom the next time they get explosive diarrhea.

This is the closest Chevron to my house so it's the one I most frequently stop to get gas at, but they are a complete rip off though! I've always known they're a rip off and they have always been "WAY" overpriced ever since I can remember! Just yesterday, I noticed their price per gallon for regular unleaded was 317.9, across the street at the no name gas station, the price for a gallon of reg unleaded was 2.98, I was driving by the "Chevron" station at the corner of Hickey Blvd and El Camino and notice the price was 2.89.9 a full 28 cents less expensive than the one on Junipero Serra and 19th; but like I said, they have always been like this and always the biggest ripoff with no justifiable reason. They go on whatever speculation from whatever source and charge the absolute maximum to gouge their costumers for exorbitant prices, and not just gas either! their cigarette prices are also much higher than other gas stations. Most of the cashiers are rude and surly and they pilfer whatever they can in extra costs any chance they get! I've come in several times wanting to use my Safeway gas millage points which is usually an extra 20 cents off per gallon and on more than one occasion have been told that "the system for that isn't working right now" which I have never experienced at any other Chevron once! The difference between getting gas with the 20 cents off at the other "Chevron" station and the much lower price would be close to 50 cents a gallon. On the other hand and on another off topic relating to this gas station is that for whatever reason, I have actually bumped into a few famous celebrities and semi famous local celebs here over the years. Singer Huey Lewis, Former San Jose Shark Evgeni Nabokov and Garry Radnich and SF Giants commentator Mike Krukow. Maybe that's why I keep coming back!

This Chevron station is great. It has a store that is open nearly 24hours with everything one might need in the snacks, smokes, etc. Categories. You cannot enter the store later at night but the friendly clerk will help you. The bathroom is always open and is kept very clean. The employees have always been professional and polite & have allowed me to park in the station & work on my car or wait for a friend on multiple occasions.

Seriously do not go to any chevron station it's way over priced, and if you want to use the air or water pump they are broken. At all of them in the SF Bay Area apparently.
