Thoroughly impressed from start to finish! After a collision my car needed a rear bumper replacement. Kevin told me to come in at my convenience for an estimate, which to me meant ASAP. Once the part had arrived I was once again told to come at my earliest convenience--again to me ASAP. Lo and behold, the job was going to be done the same day, I was able to pick the car up later the same afternoon and wouldn't have to face the prospect of taking my daughter on the bus to school the next day. Kevin and his crew made the car look brand new, they had even washed the car inside and out. I will give them all my automotive business in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Been going to Chow's for many years now and always very thorough and knowledgeable! Both brothers are good guys who care about their customers! It's hard to find honest mechanics these days and these guys are the best! Will continue to have my cars serviced by them!

I grew up in smaller towns, where your mechanic was someone you knew and trusted - like a great hair stylist or family doctor you see regularly. Brothers Kevin & Larry at Chow at my San Francisco equivalent. They are honest, trustworthy and know me by name (I'm also a neighbor living on the same street as their shop and they say hi whenever I walk by). My car is old - 19 years old with over 200k miles! - so when something needs to be repaired, I'm often interested in if it can be fixed rather than replaced and try to keep my costs down, while keeping the car safe and running smoothly. Chow has been a great partner in that. I've never felt like they tried to upsell me on something I didn't need or put in work that wasn't required just to rack up a bill - something I've experienced at other mechanics. All in all, I trust them and their judgment; and know that they will keep my car running for years to come.

Edi is great! I've got a 10 year old Audi convertible and been to the dealers and other independant audi service places for service and so far, Edi is the best. Straight shooter, fair, his main concern is for your safety. I'll be returning.

I had a passenger side view mirror that needed to be replaced. Edi said he would call for the part and pricing and called me back the next day. I scheduled the work for that Saturday. It only took 15 min. and they didn't charge me labor. Excellent customer service.
