Incompetent staff, app designed to delay response times, no real humans to talk to over the phone. I have been waiting over a week now for a prescription for a CPAP device to help me not die in my sleep, and Circle Medical has refused to provide me a copy of the prescription, sent an "interpretation of the prescription" to the DME provider instead of the prescription itself, and sent prescription documentation over to the DME provider that was missing key fields needed to process the CPAP device through insurance. Their reps have blatantly lied to me over chat, which I caught them in because the DME provider directly refuted their claims. Their "Customer Relations" team promised to call me and then didn't. They provide only platitudes and no actual medical care. Their delays in getting this information over to the DME provider is actively harming my health. During my apneatic events, my heart rate spikes to over 160 bpm; I'm unable to function during my work day. I had to go to the emergency room for apnea-related palpitations. They continue to drag their feet. There is zero continuity in reps you talk to; they take ages to respond to your messages. As part of their apology, they thanked me for allowing them to fail with me and to improve the patient experience for patients that come after me. You're a professional service billing my insurance and taking my money. I am not a testground for you to get your ducks in a row.

I have worked with 2 practitioners predominantly. 1 as my primary and 1 for when she's not available. I cannot rave about these women enough. I have been made comfortable and listened to. I have received proper diagnosis and medication that has improved the quality of my life dramatically. Their compassion and willingness to listen to the patient, especially as a woman, is outstanding. They have never been dismissive or made me uncomfortable. Their billing department is fantastic as is their nursing team who deal with pharmacy errors and issues. The type of care ranges from ADHD to Primary Care Practices. And they can work with you on things like UTI where you are just miserable and uncomfortable. Without hassle. And you can see your practitioner in various in person locations. I'm in NY. I have Mariya and Christine as my practitioners. They have an incredibly sensitive and caring network that I've been more than pleased with. I cannot rave about this service enough. It's changed my life accessing quality health care from my home!

Nice Dr. but they “accept my insurance” but yet my telehealth appointments are costing me $170 each. And they want me to follow up every two weeks when I have friends that use other provider services for the same treatment that do not require even half of that. I will not be returning

Dr. Tsang is an incredible PCP and I love her to death. The other healthcare providers I've seen at Circle have also similarly been wonderful. However, the patient experience leaves SO much to be desired. In the past 3-4 years I've been a Circle patient, I've had to endlessly deal with frustration and stress in the handling of my patient records, care coordination, coordination between insurance and my disability management specialist, billing...etc. The list goes on forever. First off, there is no way to contact anyone at Circle besides through their in-app chat feature. However, this chat feature has horrible UX and is buggy as hell. The prescribed options you can choose from to start a chat and the bot assistance are consistently unhelpful and don't get you to the right teams to resolve your issues. Moreover, chats consistently get closed by agents before you have a chance to respond and whether they've resolved your issue or not. They tell you that there's a "Reply to thread" option to reopen the chat; however, this feature does NOT work. It never shows up for me, and for the times it did, I would get an error in the app when using it. Additionally, the team can take anywhere from 15 minutes to over a day (sometimes I've had to wait days or literally weeks). BUT, if you, as the patient, don't respond within 15 minutes, they close the chat. It's INCREDIBLY disrespectful to the patient's time and needs. When I was on disability leave, I literally spent several hours every week trying to get answers from Circle on why documentation had not been sent to the disability management company on time. This impacted my eligibility for disability and my benefits, so I was under constant stress and panic. I was CONSTANTLY trying to find ways to call, email, and use the chat, and every time the latency between my contacting them and their response (with NO solution 80% of the time) was days to weeks. This made my medical leave, which should be a period of rest and recovery, stressful and negatively impacted my health. I was always met with the response of "sorry, we'll look into that and get back to you", without them ever getting back to me. I was ALWAYS the one to follow-up and push. Secondly, Circle abdicates so much responsibility for insurance and billing issues. I had a claim reprocessed and corrected recently by my health insurance so that it shows the correct co-pay. Circle has not updated it to reflect the correct amount on my patient invoice. In the past 3 days, I've opened 5 chats (4 of them closed by agents without my approval) and sent an email out of desperation directly to their billing team (they said that because I have a chat open, I need to do it through there). I don't know if the agent handling my latest chat thread is just purposely misreading what I'm writing, but they essentially punted all responsibility of making sure the correct claim was updated in THEIR system to ME. They said that it was my responsibility to call my insurance to have them send over the updated claim -- forcing me to play telephone for them -- even though I know for a fact that provider offices have specialized phone lines, fax numbers, etc. to directly reach the insurance company to sort these very same issues out. I'm no stranger to dealing with insurance and doctors' offices, and this sort of claim correction issue is 100% something that the billing office typically needs to handle on their own by talking directly to insurance. The agent's response was (direct quote) "We are a relatively new form of healthcare and that is something we wish to work towards, however, there are instances where we need a helping hand from our patients", which honestly is an excuse put in corporate speak for putting the entire onus on the patient. "Older" forms of healthcare have been doing what I was stating for decades and it's simple to understand, and it clearly works. Whatever "new forms" Circle is trying to inn

I am updating my review from positive to negative. My experience was fine until they have taken over 3 weeks to provide documentation I need to file an insurance claim. It is for a procedure that they didn't provide proper referral documentation for that I had to pay $1000 out of pocket for.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! Would give a 0 Star if I could. Providers are great but the company could care less about patients. Once they have your money, good luck getting assistance. Your better off receiving care from other places that won't steal from patients.

My account has been in review for weeks when I was initially told it would take a few days. Never any updates. Ridiculous. I have also been charged for appointments that my prescriber never showed up for. Horrible.

Like many others have said, Circle Medical dropped the ball in sending LabCorp my lab order. The only reason I get annual physicals is to get an order for lab work and I went all the way to LabCorp only to be told that they didn't have my order in the system. Likely won't be using Circle Medical again.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. My care provider never answered my requests to contact me. I've sent at least 5 emails to her and the admin people. They prescribed medication for 20 days for me and after the one prescription, never gave me a follow up appointment I noticed one day they contacted me to go online and then i couldn't log in for technical problems of theirs and they have never gotten back to me. it seems you need to make an appointment after 20 days and pay for it to get another month prescription. This is the biggest rip off i've ever seen. Shame on you people. i'm so disappointed with this group. I do not recommend them at all It's like a scam. It's impossible to speak to anyone, even your care provider. Just a big scam.

Getting started was a simple and easy process. the app is easy to navigate and the healthcare staff i have worked with have been phenomenal. They took the time to listen to me and treated me as an individual and not just another number on a spreadsheet somewhere.

I found Circle Medical from a web search. I did some research and reviews were all positive. I was skeptical at first but decided to make an appointment. I had a virtual intake for my first appointment and an in person for my second. Both were absolutely wonderful. I've honestly never had a more pleasant experience when it comes to health care. Everything was super easy to do. Online/Via App. I had an issue making an in person appt and support fixed that right away, they found a location and time that worked and scheduled it for me. My in person appt was great. Arrived on time. Checked in and was seen almost immediately. My doctor was very pleasant and nice to speak to. She is a true professional in medical care. Very knowledgeable and restored my faith in the system. I left my appointment very satisfied and booked my next two appointments before I left. Serena Kalish, PA-C was my initial intake provider, again she was great. Dr. Shana Theobald was my provider for in person and I'm looking forward to returning. She's amazing and I plan to continue coming due to my experience. Hoping to eventually move all my primary care over in time.

Avoid Circle Medical as if your life depended on it, because it very well might. They're nice enough if you see them in person, but your sole interaction with them is through the App. Which is awful. They outsource their "support" and it is often days before anyone responds to a message. Took more than a week (and numerous messages) to get them to send a much-needed referral to a specialist. And then I've had countless problems getting prescriptions. Life is short. Circle Medical is simply not worth the time, stress, or hassle.
