Branch manager, Eric Woo,went above and beyond to help with a request for our business account. He was very helpful and efficient with this request. I'm glad he's with this branch to help with difficult and time sensitive matters. Thank you Eric.

I've had a Citibank credit card for 25+ years. Went into this branch today and talked to the manager Eric and they will not give me change (just change) because I don't have one of their scammy debit cards. A bank that does not provide change to one of their customers. My credit card business isn't good enough for you?? Their customer service doesn't even deserve one star You are better off bringing your business anywhere but here. Citibank is a disgrace!

Been with Citi for 25 Years both in Larchmont, NY and here in California. We use the Chestnut, Van Ness and San Rafael branches, the teller service is excellent. The bank tends to move around the officers from branch to branch which we're not too thrilled with but they all are well informed and helpful.

My Mother recently passed away and I went to the Bank on Chestnut with my 91 year old father who is hard of hearing. We needed to take care of several issues and were helped by Shakir (I am sorry I do not remember his last name). He was very kind, patient, professional, and efficient. He walked us through the processes we needed to take in order to order checks with my fathers name on them (he was already on the account) and assisted us with a cashiers check to the mortuary. He made this difficult time very easy for my Father and I and although I thanked him when we left, I felt it necessary to post this review.

I've been here twice to open a new account and both times the service was horrendous. They acted like they were doing me a favor by giving them money and had no idea what their current offers were. I waited 20 minutes for the girl to read the handout I received in the mail and then interrogate me about the details. No thanks.

What a terrible experience. My son and I walked in at 1pm to open a new account. We were told one person was in front of us to see the "1" banker who could help with new accounts. 30 minutes later, and with two tellers doing nothing but talking to each other, I asked how much longer. They also shared they have no branch manager to help, and yes they only had one person who could help open a new account. Finally, at 2pm, and 60 minutes of waiting, the specialists for premier customers (the 4th person in branch) asked the lone person how much longer we would have to wait, and it was another 20 minutes....at least. That was enough to lose a potential new customer (my son) who could have been a Citibank customer for the next 50+ years. What a poor example of customer centric service.

I signed up for a promotion where I got $1K for depositing $200K. I received a special interest rate for 90 days and at the end of 90 days they were to deposit $1K in my account. I heard of others having problems and not getting their money but went ahead anyway. Citibank is very efficient about removing the special interest rate after 90 days but as far as depositing my $1K....nothing. It's been 4.5 months and they still have not deposited the money. Some glitch I'm told. How come there is never a glitch in the system when they take away benefits such as the special interest rate?? I had to ask to have my money deposited and was told I need to wait for 2 more weeks. That is a total of 5 months when it should have been 90 days. The deposit should have been done immediately and that is why I am writing. That was a disappointing response. And I didn't believe all the other people who complained about this happening to them. I don't know why companies try to lure us in and then treat us like crap hoping we will forget their commitment so they can keep the money. I have lost trust and that is not a way to begin a banking relationship.

I had a pretty bad experience with Citibank (the company) and then phone service told me to come into the branch to deal with it. I went in and had a really bad experience where I was told basically why I would not be helped, rather than helping me. The person I talked to said she would get back to me via email - 4 days later, nothing. Today, I went in again. I was pissed from the above and mentally I told myself, if I was not helped this time, I was going to close all my accounts. This time Rashid Sheikh, Branch Manager, helped me. Night and day. Rashid is a super nice guy, very helpful. Can't really miss him - tall dude with a British accent. I actually *enjoyed* my time in the bank, which is not something that happens often in a bank branch. Thanks again Rashid! Literally the reason I am still a Citibank customer.

Very disrespectful called earlier the lady Chelsea I think Is her name. The Lady picked up and hung up before I can say hello twice. so I called back I asked her if they have the option of exchanging 50 bucks of foreign money to US currency? The lady was really rude because I asked her ask a manager because she kept telling me that they had to order and I told her she was confused because I did not need foreign money I need to swap out my foreman and she said she was going to ask a teller and instead you didn't hit the button on the side on the side of the border he OK don't worry about it and let me know because you also

I used to like Citibank but it seems to have changed for the worse. CITI bank blocked my accounts. When I called I was told that they needed information from me, a Federal government requirement. CITI sent me an email with the questions which were mostly asking for details about my investment portfolio. Every year I file my income tax returns which includes all this information. I can't imagine why CITI would need me to make a financial disclosure to it.

DO. NOT BANK HERE. They are NEVER open. 10-5?! Every other bank 9-6. They are rude. Particularly Sarah. There's never a manger at the branch. I don't know how they stay in business. This is an awful institution. High checking fees, zero interest.
