The associate was courteous and nice but she did not take care of my fathers account. He is a senior and Citibank keeps charging him $25 monthly. He is on a low fixed income. She promised that seniors get free accounts and she would fix this for him. But over a month later, he received another $25 fee. It will be a pain during covid to have to change his bank with his direct deposit. We cant get any help on chat and cant get through to the 1 800 number

The current service is not as good as before, especially the use of credit card is not convenient, and there are many restrictions on ATM payment. I won't apply for their credit card unless it's necessary.
