I tried calling because i wanted to see if I can get a temporary debit card while i wait for my new one to arrive but they didn't pick up.
I got transferred to customer service and Even they tried to call but no answer.
I'm calling ahead because last week i went to Three different branches and they all told me they couldn't
I don't want to waste my time going there and waiting only to find out you can't. And yes i said last week, I've been waiting for my debit card for two weeks now.

This branch needs to retrain its whole staff. Customer service and lack of knowledge on their own policies is what’s going to bring them down.
I have already contacted corporate so I get my apology from the women who work here.
It’s 2024 it’s supposed to be women here for women not being disrespected because you think less of me and that’s what’s upset me the most. Policies are policies fine, I can respect that, but refusing the manager when asked, then when I call I get the manager asap, talk to her think it’s all going to be okay and come back only to still be disrespected and denied service for asking for an apology for how I was treated.. This is why I always move my money from this account. I just have to have it currently but as soon as I can I’ll be getting a new bank. I’ve been a customer for many years and continue to be disappointed at these branches.
And all over swapping change. Pffft.

Catherine Lagrimas, working at City Bank - 99 Post St. San Francisco, CA, was so rude. She should not be a teller. No way that she will be working with customers if she have a bad attitude. Not a good customer service. Second time to
meet her, but still have the same bad attitude, VERY RUDE. I just saw a bad review for her, same sentiments.

I bought a LG fridge from Costco and I got an extended warranty through Citi. I was really happy because I got a 4 year warranty. 3 1/2 years later my fridge stopped working, I called Costco and they told me that I had to call Citi and it's been a nightmare. I had to find the company to fix my fridge because they don't do it. I have to look for the cheapest because they won't pay if it's too expensive. They asked me for an itemized bill and they weren't happy with the one they gave me. I had to call a lot of people for almost 2 weeks and one day I was on the phone for more than 3 hours. I had to wait for a third party to get approved. I didn't get all my money back. I don't recommend anything from them. They are rich and still want more money. Shame on you Citi Bank

They told me they will reverse my fees but never did so. Now they just refused to talk to me anymore. I think Citibank is the biggest scam ever.

I've been a customer of Citi bank for years. My experience at this location (99 Post St.) was horrible. When I walked in no one greeted me for at least 5 minutes. Then when Catherine L. finally greeted me, she was extremely rude. So rude that I did not want to continue my business transaction. I left, and went to another location.

Do not go here!!! There's a bunch of Karen working there . I went to take my mom who is 86 years old . She only had her copy of Drivers License. I had to calm my mom down because she's excited. I was appalled what happened next! The 4 Asian ladies called the cops on me for Elder Abuse!!! They knew that was my mom. They didn't care. They lied to us saying let me help you while the cops came . One of the manager took my $20,000. When we left they knew it was my mom and I said I will be back. They said ok we will see you then. When I was leaving with my mom who can barely walk. One of the lady said I need to see your ID!!! I was so pissed that she stole my money! Then had the audacity to demand id! The cops came up and said the bank called them! We cleared it up with the cops. They even called CCSF put in a claim of elder abuse! These 3 unprofessional ladies need to get fired or take an extensive seminar on Elder Abuse. I will never go to this bank. My mom is pulling all of her money out. With the economy right now I see why people pull out of the bank . You get treated like a criminal when you take your money out, but very welcome deposits into their weath! There's something wrong with that picture. They put me through so much . This place is full of Karen. Such a shame !

I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years and when I left the country I was charged exorbitant foreign transaction fees, when I called to remedy the situation they didn’t care & didn’t waive the fee. If it wasn’t a 2% Cashback card and I was not international I would cancel the card instantly and they would lose a customer. I hate dealing with companies that don’t care about you at all over a small fee. Please think twice about doing business with Citibank.Thumbs Down ?

I was there in person and I had 2 ladies helping me and still I haven't received my card. My car was broken into and went into the branch to get things done! The lady who helped did not know what she was doing and asked her boss for help. I still have no card! Yet a week before arrival of no card she still called to ask how she did and offer a savings account. Come to find out the employee has sent the card to wrong address and I have to wait for new card again. I was across the counter and in person and still she couldn't do it right. Can't believe I am a customer!
