Bankers in this branch are not capable of servicing their customer. There is a 60% chance you will be screwed over. I’ve worked with Andrea and Lila . One business banker, and one branch manager. Their entire understanding of how the terms and promotion works is unbelievable. It seems to me that they are not capable of reading their own terms and interpreted terms in 3 different ways that were all wrong. Because they insisted, I came in three times, sent 10+ emails, spent 4 hour + trying to satisfy a bonus requirement that I could have never satisfied because of the exact terms.
I should have been warned by citi’s reputation. The small business service is worse than consumer side, because your entire service is dependent on 1 banker. In Bay Area that means disaster.

I recently visited Citibank to inquire about special offers, and I had the pleasure of working with personal banker Naila. She provided detailed information about the current promotions and gave me an idea of what to expect this year. Her service was quick, efficient, and incredibly professional. I truly felt a personalized approach, and her deep knowledge and experience were evident throughout our interaction. No exaggeration, it was the best service I have received from Citibank. Naila promptly helped me and resolved an issue that I was unable to even obtain a clue to solve after numerous attempts with Citibank's telephone customer service. Having a really great experience to open a new account here! Since English is not my mother tough, the staff was so patient and helped me go through all the details and explained everything to me. I am grateful to be there and have such a warm experience, especially under the freezing weather in SFO.
Great service. The bank staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.
Don’t worry that bank staff only speak English. After all, only good service and patient staff can help you solve many possible problems.
